Actions completed: Feb 3: Uploaded passport photos via the secure upload link following the requested photo requirements. Feb 6: Replied from the correct Apple Account email as instructed. Since Feb 6 there has been no confirmation whether the passport photos are accepted or rejected, and no next-step owner. I also submitted two separate support requests in the portal (email-only, no phone/chat option shown) and received no response. Request: Please confirm whether the passport photos are accepted or rejected. If rejected, please specify the exact requirement that failed so I can re-upload correctly. If accepted, please confirm the next step in the enrollment process. I can provide the enrollment ID, case number, and full identifiers privately if needed.

I've tried to enroll in the developer program 8 days ago. I've submitted contact forms for email response. I've called customer support and they've told me there is no way to actually talk to Developer support outside of filing for a contact us form via the contact us option here in Apple Developer. Today I went to check the status and all of the recent issues I've had are gone. I paid for the membership to Apple Developer program. I have not been emailed or called or contacted in anyway and I still have the option to enroll in the Apple developer program but why would I continue over and over again and throw money away after it? I have my app built and ready for Weatherkit integration and testing but I can't access the resources due to not being enrolled in an active developer program. I literally do not know anywhere else to go for help. What am I supposed to do from here?

I’m having an issue verifying a domain for a Merchant ID. I’m implementing Apple Pay on the web for a demo, and I’ve configured the Azure server to match Apple’s requirements for domain verification, such as the TLS configuration, not requiring client certificates, and ensuring there are no redirects. I’ve run tests with OpenSSL and PowerShell and all responses return HTTP/1.1 200 OK. I also tested the URL Apple says it uses to validate the file under .well-known, and it does show the expected result. I already have the Apple Pay Payment Processing Certificate and the Apple Pay Merchant Identity Certificate approved; the only thing missing is the domain verification. I’m not sure what else to test—if you could help me with a possible solution, I’d really appreciate it. (The project is built in .NET 8 and hosted on Azure App Service.)

Hello, I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. During the email verification step, I encountered a technical error: no verification code was sent to my email (I confirmed the email address was correct and checked all folders). There was no "Resend" button available on the screen. After refreshing the page to try and fix the UI glitch, I was immediately blocked with the following error: "Contact us to continue your enrollment. You’ve exceeded the maximum number of attempts. Please contact us." I have already opened a support ticket (Case ID: 102824565622), but since this is a time-sensitive corporate enrollment, I am looking for advice. I received an email notifying me that the transition process would begin on February 2nd, 2026, and today, February 19th, 2026, everything still shows as being in progress without any changes. Hello, I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program and the payment is visible in my Apple subscriptions as active. However, when I open the Apple Developer app, I see the message:“Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account.” When I follow the link to enroll via the website, it asks me to pay again even though I have already been charged. I enrolled for the Apple Developer Program last Thursday (Feb 12) - no status update apart from a message I've seen others have thus processed payment: Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I've reached out to support twice now, no luck. Anything that worked for someone in the same boat? I have a test group planned and would need to apply my app for testflight as soon as possible to leave some headroom.

I know a lot here are also experiencing this slow and seemingly ignorance from the Apple team to solve this problem or of related issue. As a new guy to the Apple ecosystem and in development world, i thought it'll be a breeze but oh my pickle! I thought I'd lose my mind! Tried through the website, on my mac and phone but nothing seems working. Paying online using my card is fine, but when it comes to paying the enrollment I don't get why I am having an (1) authorization issue , other case using another method prohibits me due to (2) no availability in my region, or that a (3)disabled "Enroll Now" list item via Developer App on iOS devices. Support though mail is nonexistent and when in a call, albeit the support staff is polite, the responses I got are pretty vague and with no certainty ---- making me paranoid. Don't they see the time costing developers waiting for this simple stuff to be solved? Unbelievable :(

Order Number: W1626930340 Order Date: February 16, 2026 Amount Charged: THB 3,590 My bank account was successfully charged, and I received a payment confirmation email. I attempted to register with ADP from the developer app. After entering my driver's license, address, and name, a pop-up appeared stating “There may be an issue with your account.” Subsequently, the “Register Now” button for ADP within the app became inactive.
