I have been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for the past two weeks, but I keep encountering different errors. Most of the time, I receive a 404 error page saying, “Something went wrong. Try again.”
Three days ago, $100 was deducted from my bank account by Apple, but my developer account status still shows “Pending.”
Apple states that “Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process,” but it has now been more than 48 hours and there has been no update.
I have already:
Sent an email to devpayment @apple.com
with screenshots and full details (no response).
Opened a case through Apple Developer Program Support and only received an automated reply saying, “Thank you for contacting us.”
At this point, it feels like there is no real support available to resolve this issue.
Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you resolve it?
Thank you.

Hello,
We have applied for the Apple Developer Program under a government organization account. After submitting the enrollment, we received a confirmation email stating that the request was received and that we would be contacted after verification of authorization to bind the organization to the Apple Developer Program legal agreements.
However, it has been quite some time, and we have not received any further updates regarding the verification process.
We would like to understand:
What is the usual verification timeline for government organizations?
Is extended verification common for government entities?
Is there anything additional we should do from our side to help move the process forward?
If anyone has experienced a similar situation or can share guidance, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Hello Apple Developer Support Team,
I am looking for guidance regarding a prolonged Apple Developer Program enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community or Apple Developer Support team.
I created an Individual Apple Developer account on 10 January 2026 and completed the payment successfully on 11 January 2026. Since then, the enrollment status has remained pending, and I am still unable to access App Store Connect, create certificates, or manage identifiers.
Here is what I have already completed from my side:
• Verified my Apple ID with Two-Factor Authentication enabled
• Submitted all required information and provided proper documents during enrollment
• Checked for any pending agreements or additional actions in the developer portal
• Opened an official support case via Apple Developer Contact Support
• Followed up multiple times on the same case
Unfortunately, it has now been more than one month, and there has been no response or update from the Apple Developer Support team, while the account remains in pending status.
I kindly request guidance from the community and, if possible, visibility from Apple Developer Support regarding the following:
• Is there any direct escalation process for enrollment issues?
• Are there alternative ways to contact Apple when a support case remains unanswered?
• Could there be any additional verification steps that are not visible in the portal?
Any professional advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

I purchased the "Apple Developer Program - Membership for one year" since a week ago, and my status is still pending.
I haven't received any update since the purchase... What should I do? Who can I contact?
Hi Apple Team,
My enrollment ID is 78BT4GJN7C, enrolled at 5th Jan, till today is still "IN PROGRESS".
Could you please give me some feedback when the enrollment would be completed?? Or, what should I do to accelerating the progress?
Sincerely, Jim
I am unable to renew my Apple Developer Program membership because the renewal button is completely missing from every platform and location where I've looked:
Apple Developer website
Apple Developer app on iPhone
Apple Developer app on Mac
Subscriptions settings
I have attempted multiple troubleshooting steps without success:
Tried multiple devices
Tested different browsers
Cleared cache and cookies
Signed out and back in
Attempted private browsing mode
The renewal button simply does not appear anywhere.
Why This Cannot Be Self-Resolved:
The self-service renewal system is broken or inaccessible
Phone support is not available in my country
Previous support emails have gone unanswered
There is no alternative path forward available to me
Impact:
My apps are offline or at risk of removal
I am losing users and revenue daily
My membership is about to expire, making my development account inactive
Important Context:
This appears to be a widespread issue affecting developers globally, as documented across Reddit and Apple developer forums. Other developers who have access to phone support report the issue is resolved in under 15 minutes. However, that option does not exist for me due to regional limitations.
I need assistance with a manual renewal process. This ticket requires escalation, as self-service options are completely unavailable to me. Any guidance or direct assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I am writing to request a status update on my organization’s enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. Our application has been in "Pending" status for 10 days, and we have not received any requests for further documentation, 0 answer from my support request.
Please help to solve my issue

Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this:
According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team.
There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says:
If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program.
So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this:
Log on to Developer > Account.
Select the correct team at the top right.
Scroll down to the “Membership details” section.
Look at the “Enrolled as” field.
If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below.
If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership.
If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us.
Share and Enjoy

Hello everyone,
I’m looking for some guidance to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program membership.
About one week ago, I completed the payment for the membership. I received an email with the subject:
We’re processing your order Wxxxxxxxxxx
That email included the order details and cost, and shortly after that, I also received the CFDI invoice for the payment, so the charge appears to have been completed successfully.
However, up to now:
I have not received any membership confirmation email
The membership does not appear under Subscriptions in my Apple ID
It is not active in the Apple Developer app
On the Apple Developer website, I still see the usual message as if the membership was not purchased:
“Purchase your membership to continue your enrollment. Buy today”
I understand Apple mentions that the purchase may take up to 48 hours to process, but it has now been more than a week with no changes.
Has anyone else encountered this situation?
Is it normal to receive the invoice but not have the membership activated?
Would you recommend contacting Apple Developer Support at this point?
Thanks in advance for any help or shared experiences.
Hello everyone.
I'm looking for some advice. My subscription expired a few months ago. Unfortunately, I didn't notice. Now, after some time, I've tried to renew, but I can't find a renewal button on the website, in the developer apps, or in my subscriptions. What should I do in such cases? I contacted technical support, but haven't received a response. Thanks in advance.

I applied for the Apple Developer Program on Jan 29th, but my enrollment is still pending with no updates. This delay is really affecting my project timeline since I need to start my app soon, and I can’t move forward without my account being approved.
I’ve already reached out to Apple Developer Support, but I haven’t gotten any clear response on when it will be completed. tried even calling the support line but they couldn't help with developer accounts. Has anyone else experienced similar delays? If so, how long did it take for your account to get approved?
Would appreciate any advice or insights! Thanks in advance.

I am working on an internal app for our company that links ABM, Intune, and an AT&T-provided CSV of IMEIs, and I am fairly new to this and using AI (sorry) to help me. I can search for our devices using either the serial # and/or IMEI. If the device has been released, I can still find it using the SN, but not with the IMEI. If a result is returned on a released device's SN, the IMEI is present.
I have a list of IMEIs from our AT&T account and want to cross-reference those IMEIs to get the SN.
Is there a way to include the Released Devices in the search?
I have registered for Apple developer program since December and up until now, I am still stuck on payment. I have tried several credit cards but no response.
they said it takes 48 days, but mine is over 2 months now. I have sent a message to support and no response.
pls what is happening and why is my experience different?
why is Apple not debiting my cards and why is support ghosting me.
I registered using the official Apple developer enrollment website

Hi, I enrolled and paid on February 4, and I also opened a support case (ID: 20000106619808), but I haven’t received any response yet. My account still shows as “pending,” and I’m not sure what to do next.
Can someone from the Apple team please help or let me know how to get in touch with the right support channel?

It has been days I made the payment I have heard nothing from Apple, our deadline is being pushed over and over again we are loosing customers to our competitors.
I have already reached out via the formal support channel but have not received a response beyond the automated acknowledgment.
Hello,
I’m posting here to seek guidance or visibility regarding a delayed Apple Developer Program enrollment.
I completed my organization enrollment over three weeks ago and provided a valid D-U-N-S number, which is correctly listed and verifiable. Since submitting the enrollment:
The status has remained unchanged
I’ve contacted Apple Developer Support three times via email
I’ve received no response or timeline updates
There is no option shown to request a phone call
At this point, I’m unable to proceed with TestFlight, app distribution, or further development planning, and the lack of communication has made it difficult to understand next steps or expected timelines.
If anyone from Apple Support or the community can advise:
Whether this delay is expected
If additional verification steps are required
Or how best to escalate appropriately
I’d really appreciate the guidance.
Thank you for your time.
I've been wating for 5 business days now and one weekend to get my Apple Developer ID approved.
This does delay the publishing of applications.
Could a possible solution be delegating the work to other groups? Could the employees in physical stores be included in this work, if the staff allocated to this in head office are not sufficient?

Trying to enroll in Apple Developer Program to notarize my Mac app. Getting blocked repeatedly with "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time."
Verified:
✅ 2FA enabled
✅ Valid payment method
✅ All details match government ID
✅ No VPN, tried multiple browsers
✅ Waited weeks between attempts
Solo dev just trying to do things properly and pay the $99/year. Anyone found a way past this? Seeing similar threads but no clear solutions.
