Safari/WebKit Crashes on Johnson Controls Website Across Multiple iOS Versions (Actual devices only)
Here we are facing issue, which is mentioned in detail below: Safari on iOS consistently crashes when loading https://johnsoncontrols.com/. The error shown is: “A Problem repeatedly occurred on https://johnsoncontrols.com/” This happens with multiple iPhone models and iOS versions, suggesting a WebKit rendering or JavaScript execution issue. This occurs occasionally similar behavior on Android, iPhone (Chrome) Environment • Devices: Any iPhone model, we are tested on available models like iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 14, iPhone 15 • iOS Versions: Latest stable releases, occasional occurrence on iOS 13 • Browser: Safari (WebKit) • Network: Both Wi-Fi and cellular tested • Additional Occurrences: Rarely reproduced on Chrome (iPhone, Narzo Android) • Occurs only on physical devices (not observed in Simulator) Steps to Reproduce Open Safari on any affected iOS device. Navigate to https://johnsoncontrols.com/. Sroll page up and down for some time Observe page automatically get reloads, crashed and show error message (A problem repeatedly occurred on “https://johnsoncontrols.com/"). Critical Bug: Photos Turn Completely Black After Editing on macOS Tahoe (25A5295e)
I’ve encountered a critical issue in macOS Tahoe (Beta) that affects the Photos app or any app that leverages Apple’s editing frameworks. After editing certain photos—whether applying filters, cropping, or making basic adjustments—the image suddenly turns completely black upon saving or exiting the edit mode. Details: macOS Version: macOS Tahoe (latest beta) Affected App(s): Photos, Preview, and some third-party editing apps Steps to Reproduce: Open a photo in the Photos app Make any basic edit (e.g., crop, adjust brightness) Click “Done” The edited photo appears entirely black Notes: Happens with both JPEG and HEIC formats Original photo appears fine before editing Exporting the photo also results in a black image Restarting the app/system does not resolve the issue iCloud Photos is enabled This issue seems related to the image rendering pipeline post-editing, possibly tied to Core Image or GPU rendering frameworks. It severely affects photo usability and could result in permanent data loss if backups are not maintained. Please advise if a workaround exists or if this bug has been logged already. Happy to provide system logs or sample images if needed.

Inhouse distributions apps stopped working above iOS 18.1.x
Inhouse distributions apps stopped working after upgrading to version to iOS 18.1.x My issue all is inhouse distributions apps, when I open the application it will force stop. stopped working after upgrading to version 18.1.1. This has happened on multiple iPhones. Some users able use the application on same OS version but application is not working on newly downloaded device. iPhone, then updated to version 18.1.1, they app would not work. We deleted the app and the Enterprise App trust was gone. Then we installed a new version of the app. The phone did not prompt us to trust the Enterprise app again and the app it would open for a second then close. I believe when the app was deleted the Enterprise App was deleted, it’s not actually deleting certificates, because re-installation is not asking to trust certificate again.

Replying to apple support tickets
I have raised a support ticket regadring a concern I had with apple developer account. I got a respose via email, asking some more details. After that I have replied to the same mail thread with requested details. But I havent got any respose after that. I would like to is that the correct way of responding to support ticket ? Am I suppose to get the response for the same mail thread , after I reply ? or Every time I have open a new support tikcet ?

Apple Sign In Issues using Firebase on Flutter App
We are currently facing an issue with implementing "Sign in with Apple" in our iOS application built using Flutter. We've implemented "Sign in with Apple" using Firebase and On attempting to sign in, we are encountering the following error: “Sign-up not completed.” We have verified that: The Apple Sign is enabled on our Firebase Project. The Sign in with Apple capability is enabled in the Xcode project. The Apple Sign-In capability is enabled for the App ID on our Apple Developer account. All the certificates were re-provisioned after enabling the capability. The Bundle ID matches across Apple Developer portal and our app configuration. The email and fullName scopes are requested in the credential. Please let us know if you require any additional information. We’re happy to provide whatever is needed. Files app iOS 26
Ok, so I’ve downloaded iOS 26 for the iPhone and iPad and there are a couple of points bugging me. Why oh why would somebody think that it was a good idea to remove the ability to scroll through photos in a folder in files? Where in their tiny minds did they think that opening a photo, viewing said photo, then closing photo to then open the next photo in sequence was a better or more productive way than just swiping left and right? I mean, seriously!!! And why the need for a separate Preview app when it worked fine opening files in the Files app?! I deleted the Preview app from my iPhone to see what difference it would make, but alas it made things worse. Now, because there’s no Preview app, Files wants to open my photos in an image editing app called Afterlite! I checked settings for the files app, and the only options I have for opening photos are Afterlite (which it’s decided to make default), the Photoshop app, or iMovie! Does anyone have any ideas how to get photos stored in the Files app to open IN the Files app or at least the Photos app? Just when I thought they’d come to their senses and sorted out that god awful iOS 18 Photos app, they go and do something like this! Also, can someone explain to me what the point is of having a month and year view in the Photos app? When I sort by month and pick a particular month or date in a month, instead of showing just those images taken that month, it just takes you back to the view with ALL of your photos? Surely if you have thousands of photos on your device and you want to see only photos on a particular date, it would make sense to show only the photos from that date. Even if it generated automatic albums under the album view for each month and year that would be something!

CloudKit - moving record objects between zones
My app has three main SwiftData models: Collection, SavedItem, and Extract. A Collection can contain subcollections (folders within folders) and SavedItems (files). Each SavedItem can have child Extracts. I'm preparing for the ability for users to be able to share Collections with each other. Currently, my architecture treats each Collection as the root of its own CloudKit zone (a root parent Collection and all of its items and subcollections live in 1 zone). This makes sharing and isolation straightforward, but it also means that moving a SavedItem or subcollection between Collections involves moving it across zones. I’m trying to figure out the best pattern for handling these cross-zone moves while keeping data integrity, relationships, and sharing intact. My understanding is that in CloudKit, and moving a record from Zone A to Zone B would require deleting it from Zone A and recreating it in Zone B - while somehow maintaining the link back to my local SwiftData store. Has anyone run into this or know how best I should handle it?

Unable to RENEW Developer Account - no "Renew" button
After checking the forum, it's clear that Apple has a MAJOR ONGOING PROBLEM here. We are far from the only company experiencing this, and it has been a problem for years. Apple, please FIX THIS! What's the problem? We receive an email reminding us to renew our developer account. All of Apple's instructions to renew do not work (with no explanation), and yet we are threatened with removal of our apps if we do not renew in time. Firstly, it should be unnecessary for us to manually renew because we registered a valid credit card to auto-renew. It worked last year, and the same credit card continues to be valid. Secondly, when we try to manually renew, there is no "Renew" button appearing anywhere, contrary to Apple's instructions. It's not in the Developer app (Mac or iOS), and it does not appear in the Developer account website. We now have only 16 days left until Apple kicks our app out of the App Store. @APPLE: We are not alone. Lots of your customers have the same problem, as reported on this forum for multiple years. This problem threatens the livelihoods of many people. Please fix this! Thank you.

Active Paid Subscriptions dropped to 0 suddenly on App Store Connect
Hello, I noticed that on September 18, 2025, my Active Paid Subscriptions metric in App Store Connect suddenly dropped to 0 (-100%). However, my subscribers are still active and visible in RevenueCat and Superwall, which both confirm that users have not canceled their subscriptions. This makes me believe it is an App Store Connect reporting issue rather than an actual churn. Could you please confirm if this is a known data delay/bug, and let me know when the metric will be corrected? Thank you for your help

iPhone/iPad iCloud is a piece of junk right now.
Since iOS 26.1 I'm running into the following iCloud issues. Contacts are not being synced to iOS and iPad OS at all, no matter how I re-enable contact syncing I can't get them to sync. Somehow, my Mac and iPad are able to send out iMessages, but not my iPhone. My iPhone can receive and sync what I've sent using my Mac and iPad Unable to save an airdropped contact
