Sehr geehrtes Apple-Team,
ich bin seit mehreren Jahren aktiver Teilnehmer am Public Beta-Programm und habe in dieser Zeit zahlreiche Feedbackmeldungen über die Feedback Assistant App eingereicht – teils mit ausführlicher Fehlerbeschreibung, Screenshots oder systematischer Reproduktionshilfe.
Leider bleibt bei mir als Nutzer der Eindruck zurück, dass dieses Feedback ins Leere läuft. Viele meiner Meldungen stehen seit Jahren im Status „Offen“, ohne jegliche Rückmeldung oder sichtbare Bearbeitung. Auch wenn mir bewusst ist, dass eine individuelle Antwort nicht vorgesehen ist, fehlt mir zumindest eine Bestätigung, dass das Feedback angekommen ist, bewertet wurde oder an die zuständige Stelle weitergeleitet wurde.
Ich wünsche mir als engagierter Tester mehr Transparenz im Umgang mit unseren Rückmeldungen – sei es durch eine automatische Eingangsbestätigung, eine grobe Statusanzeige (z. B. „dupliziert“, „weitergeleitet“, „behoben in Version XY“) oder gelegentliche Hinweise, wie viele Probleme durch die Community-Beiträge erkannt und gelöst wurden.
Diese kleine Form der Anerkennung würde die Motivation vieler freiwilliger Tester stärken und das Vertrauen in den Prozess erhöhen. So wie es derzeit gestaltet ist, entsteht eher das Gegenteil: Frustration, Zweifel am Nutzen des Feedbacks und damit auch weniger Bereitschaft, zukünftige Probleme zu melden.
Ich hoffe sehr, dass Sie diese Anregung intern weitergeben – auch im Sinne der langfristigen Qualitätssicherung Ihrer Software.

Dear Apple Team,
I have been an active Public Beta tester for several years and have submitted many reports via the Feedback Assistant – often with detailed descriptions, reproduction steps, and screenshots.
Unfortunately, from a user’s perspective, it feels like this feedback disappears into a black hole. Most of my reports remain marked as “Open” for years, without any indication of review or resolution. I understand that individual responses are not part of the process, but there is no confirmation that feedback is received, reviewed, or forwarded internally.
As a committed tester, I would greatly appreciate more transparency in the feedback process – for example, a short confirmation message, a basic status indicator (e.g., “duplicate”, “forwarded”, “resolved in version XY”) or even general updates about how user feedback contributes to product improvement.
These small gestures would strengthen trust in the process and encourage ongoing contributions. The current silence, however, tends to demotivate testers and raises doubts about the usefulness of reporting bugs at all.
I hope you will consider this suggestion and possibly forward it to the responsible internal teams.

Hi, I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 26.0 (beta).
After installing the update, I get a message stating that I need to update my Apple account settings. When I log in, it freezes and nothing can be done.
I also can't access the login and security settings, as it also freezes and won't progress.
Also, the option to install beta versions has disappeared. I don't know why? Could it be that since I have the latest beta, the option disappears until a new update?
Please help!
After updating my iPhone 16 Pro Max to iOS 26, I began experiencing serious performance issues while playing Delta Force Garena. The game struggles to maintain a stable 120 FPS, frequently dropping to 30 FPS or lower, causing severe lag and stuttering especially during intense action or in open environments.
There’s also a critical bug when I open the in-game chat: once the chat is opened, I become completely unable to move or perform any actions. The only solution is to force close and restart the game. The chat feature becomes totally unusable in this state.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve seen Android devices running the game at higher resolutions and with stable 120 FPS, despite having technically weaker processors than the A18 Pro chip in my iPhone which Apple claims is the most powerful mobile chip. In reality, the game runs significantly better on my Galaxy S23 Ultra, with no frame drops and much smoother performance overall.
This makes my iPhone feel like an outdated device with poor optimization, which is disappointing given its specs and price.
I’m trying to register an Apple Developer Account for my company. I uploaded all the required documents, but my initial application was rejected, and I was asked to provide notarized translations of my documents. I translated them and submitted everything for review on April 1.
After a week without a response, I contacted Apple Support. They replied that the documents had been received and were under review. However, as of today, April 24, my account is still under review. I’ve sent five follow-up emails to Support asking for a status update on my case, but I haven’t received any replies.
Has anyone faced a similar situation and could suggest what I can do to get a status update and finally complete the registration?

I’m working on a concept for an iOS app that would allow a user to remotely control an Enterprise iOS device, similar to how AnyDesk or TeamViewer work on desktop.
I understand that apps like TeamViewer for iOS offer screen sharing, and some level control but not a full level control.
Before I invest further in development, I’d like to clarify a few points:
Is there any official Apple-supported way (public or private API) to allow remote control of an iOS device?
Has Apple ever approved apps that allow true remote control of iOS (not just screen sharing)?
If full control is not allowed, what are the permitted alternatives (e.g. screen broadcast via ReplayKit, remote assistance mode, etc.)?
Would such an app be considered for enterprise distribution only (via MDM), or is there a potential App Store path?
Any insight or experience from developers who’ve tried this would be very appreciated.

I have raised a support ticket regadring a concern I had with apple developer account. I got a respose via email, asking some more details. After that I have replied to the same mail thread with requested details. But I havent got any respose after that. I would like to is that the correct way of responding to support ticket ? Am I suppose to get the response for the same mail thread , after I reply ? or Every time I have open a new support tikcet ?

After connecting to a Passpoint network on macOS, the SSID field is displayed as empty.
Bugs ?
Passpoint connections are established and function correctly, with network communication unimpeded. However, a display issue where the SSID field is blank is present on macOS versions 13 through 15 inclusive. This issue persists even when utilizing connection profiles created with Apple Configurator.

Hello. On iOS 26 Public Beta I can’t seem to find the feature to delete a contact picture from the contacts app. It seems I can only replace but not delete. Is this just my problem?
Back in December 2024 I noticed when I go through the steps to print I would get an error to cancel or retry. We have 4 iPhones and 3 had the newest IOS and those 3 would get the same error. The phone that had old ios 17 something the print would work. Called Apple and did troubleshooting, the opened something on apples end for the developer to investigate. Within 2 weeks a new ios was available and fixed the issue on the 3 phones that could not print. I did the latest update February and March 2025 on all 4 phones thinking no way the issue will happen again and if did all 4 phone cannot print. Is there an iOS bug that is affecting printing ios 18.3.2.

tvOS 26 rolls out the feature to set every AirPlay speaker as permanent in the settings.
Is there a possibility to setup eARC like with the HomePods for other devices connected to a TV or will this stay a HomePod only feature?
I just wanted to see if it’s normal that the beta 4 is very slow and can even freez some times

When I use NSURLSession and set multipathServiceType = NSURLSessionMultipathServiceTypeInteractive, whenever I’m connected to a Wi‑Fi network without Internet access, all of my app’s network requests automatically and seamlessly fall back to cellular to fetch data. Why, then, can’t WKWebView load pages? What do I need to configure?
Notes:
My developer account already has the Multipath entitlement.
I’ve added the Multipath capability under Signing & Capabilities in Xcode.
In my .entitlements file I’ve set com.apple.developer.networking.multipath = true.

Hello Devs,
I wanted to bring this up to display the frustration that I have obtaining the CarPlay entitlements. First and foremost they don't give you a set timeline and there is no contact number to speak to someone about this. When you call developer support they go on and say it is a different department. There is an email but all I have received is an automated response back to me.
Has anyone received the navigation entitlements and if so what was the timeline of you receiving it?
I 'upgraded' to Tahoe 26.0 public beta & since then my contacts will not synch to the iCloud. All other synching functions (eg. calendar, reminders messages, notes etc.) are fine. Have tried a bunch of different ways to restore this, but so far I haven't been successful. Anyone else have this issue & better still, were able to fix it? Or do I simply need to be patient & wait for the next public beta release?

Having a weird issue that I’m noticing on Apple TVs with some apps that are by the same company. I think it’s storing residual user data if if you delete the app and all other apps relating to this. I have even tried deleting every app and reinstalling but we found two apps to be still logged in. Seams like a sandboxing bug and I presume it’s to do with App data stored in the shared app groups.
I can only reset the apple tv to remove the user data. The two apps we can see are being persistent is Binge and Kayo by streamotion.
We have tried problem solving this in every way imaginable but it’s Interesting that this is allowed to happen on an Apple platform. There is no active user logged into the apple TV with an Apple ID either
Is anyone aware of a issue with the videos of you replaying a video you took then swip up the sound is still being played when you open another video it doubles to the first video if you open a third video and so on it just keeps adding the sound of all the other videos you open and swip up to change to a different video all videos sound is being played and doubled over The videos o was hoping they would be a fix on iOS 26 beta 4 but so far nothing has fixed the issue. You have to close the entire photo library and swip up to force close the phot video gallery for the recording sounds playing to stop??
Installed update on Monday night and since then keep losing Network connection despite resettting Network connections and iphone.
Comes back for a short time after rsetting then is lost with nothing showing under Mobile Service.
