Hi everyone,
My Apple Developer account is still pending approval. Payment has been successfully charged from my bank, and all required steps are completed. Has anyone experienced this recently or knows the current approval timelines? I have my Order ID available if needed.
Thanks.

You closed my 5-year-old account without any question, without any violation of the rules. You haven't even bothered to respond in 2 months.
I will seek my rights in every way and complain about you on all platforms.
I have never violated anything so far.
I am suing you, you have caused me a lot of damage in the last 2 months.
I have made a lot of investments.
You are a disgraceful, lousy company!
I will never recommend Apple to anyone from now on!
Rude, immoral company. You closed an account for no reason!
You are doing this on purpose to pave the way for big companies.
You are a vile and disgraceful company!
No response for 2 months. Account closure without reason. I will announce you everywhere, see you in court

I have received an invitation to a development team in the Apple Developer Program.
Having filled the form out and completing the image challenge successfully, tapping on continue simply results in the button graying itself out.
The JavaScript console shows the following error when this happens:
{
code: -4
data: "Destination unavailable. 500"
message: "Application error."
}
I have tried this process in Safari, Chromium, as well as on mobile data on my iPhone, and the result is the same each time.
Other messages in the console:

Why do I can not apply an Apple developer account successfully. I aways meet the error that says 'We are unable to process your request'.
Wow, you are unable to process my request, why? Are you such a coward? You won’t even let me become a developer.
I can't understand why you prevent me from becoming a developer, please give me explain as soon as possible.

Hi!
I was wondering when the maintenance of the Apple Developer website will end as I need to register a new App ID for my project. I know that WWDC just ended, but is there an estimate for this?
Hello all. I am currently working on a bug that has recently grown due to the beta release of iOS 18.4. I am unable to reproduce the crash at the moment; however, given that the bug is mostly exclusive to 18.4, I was wondering if this is a known issue or one specific to my app?
App crashes on the main thread with EXC_BREAKPOINT.
Below is the truncated stack trace before the crash:
0x000000018fff6044 (CoreText + 0x00069044) TLine::EnumerateCaretOffsets(std::__1::function<void (double, long, bool, bool*)>) const
0x000000018fff5938 (CoreText + 0x00068938) TLine::EnumerateCaretOffsets(std::__1::function<void (double, long, bool, bool*)>) const
0x000000018fff478c (CoreText + 0x0006778c) TLine::CharIndexToOffsets(long) const
0x000000018fff4564 (CoreText + 0x00067564) CTLineGetOffsetForStringIndex
...
[internal code]
Aside: I wonder if this has anything to do with some visibly hidden unicode characters.
Hi, I tried to apply Enroll in Apple Developer Program in the mobile app and I got this error:
"Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us."
Then I did contact Apple by phone as the error message says. I got the response as:
"For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time."
I am already shocked - so I asked what can I do?
Answer - nothing.
Is this normal to not get a response what's the reason that is blocking me to enroll the program ?
Hi everyone,
I’m posting this to ask for advice and see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program subscription.
On July 9th, 2025, I registered for the Apple Developer Program via the Apple Developer app on my iPhone using my main iCloud account (Apple ID). The expected annual fee was 2,299,000 VND (~$99).
However, I just checked my billing history and saw that I was charged twice for the same subscription, both under the same Apple ID / iCloud account, on the same day.
Key Details:
I only enrolled once.
Both charges are labeled “Apple Developer Program”, exactly the same amount (2,299,000 ₫).
The payments were made through the App Store, not via the website.
My account on developer.apple.com/account still shows “Enroll Now” — meaning I haven't been activated yet.
I have not received any welcome email either.
My questions:
Is it possible to request a refund for one of the charges, since both payments came from the same iCloud account and clearly refer to the same subscription?
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
How long did it take Apple to respond?
Was your refund request approved?
Should I wait for Apple to activate my account, or should I escalate the issue now?
I’ve already submitted a refund request through https://reportaproblem.apple.com, but I’m posting here in case someone has more experience or insights.
Thanks in advance!

We are using apple pay on the Web. But we are getting this error as below while creating the session from our API -
{"error": "Failed to create Apple Pay session: 400 Bad Request: [{
"statusMessage": "Payment Services Exception merchantId=2BA8AF828D93E74EC76655D09C9132B7445BA789D674E970873CCCD85E5A8A5E not registered for domain=https://applepay-dev.ippay.com",
"statusCode": "400"
}]"}
====================================================
Please use the following Curl request to generate the error.
curl --location 'https://applepay-dev.ippay.com/api/v2/payment/alternatepay/session/create'
--header 'Content-Type: application/json'
--header 'Accept: /'
--header 'Sec-Fetch-Site: same-origin'
--header 'Accept-Language: en-US,en;q=0.9'
--header 'Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate, br'
--header 'Sec-Fetch-Mode: cors'
--header 'Host: applepay-dev.ippay.com'
--header 'Origin: https://applepay-dev.ippay.com'
--header 'User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/18.5 Safari/605.1.15'
--header 'Referer: https://applepay-dev.ippay.com/payment/payment.html'
--header 'Content-Length: 84'
--header 'Connection: keep-alive'
--header 'Sec-Fetch-Dest: empty'
--data '{"validationUrl":"https://apple-pay-gateway.apple.com/paymentservices/startSession"}'
Configuration steps we followed -
A. Created Merchant ID
B. Created payment processing and Merchant Identity certificate
C. Did domain association mapping for the merchant
C. Created domain name and TLS SSL for the server from where we are calling the API
Please advise.

Its been more than a week and my account is still in the same status as my developer account membership purchase is still pending
This is frustrating for a developer to loose so many days spending so much of a premium just to get registered and even then facing this descrimination.
For an Organisation of this scale, i think this will not look good.
You take the time to scrutinise the developer but do not take his time, effort and their money. give a realistic timeline and not this far, which is not a good practice

Hi all,
I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response.
Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries?
Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.
Hello,
My Apple Developer Program membership is marked as expired, but I am unable to renew it.
The Renew option does not appear in the Apple Developer app or on the website.
Both Free Apps Agreement and Paid Apps Agreement are expired.
I am the Account Holder of the account.
I have already submitted multiple support requests through the Apple Developer Support website under “Program Purchase and Renewal”, but I haven’t received any response so far. This issue has been ongoing for more than 20 days and is blocking access to my apps and agreements.
Could an Apple Developer team member please look into this or advise how to proceed when the Renew option is missing?
Thank you.

Hello everyone,
I am unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The payment (credit card) is accepted by my bank but systematically declined by Apple.
Note: I am located in France.
I have tried multiple times. The support team, via email, suggested I use the Apple Developer app. However, it is "not available in my region," so I have to go through the website.
No other payment method is available: Apple Pay is greyed out, and there is nothing else.
Support has not responded for weeks, despite my follow-ups. I am very frustrated as I need to launch my app quickly, and everything is ready on the Google side...
Would you have any suggestions or solutions? Thank you so much, your responses are greatly appreciated!
Mélissa

After an Apple Developer Enterprise Program account expires, can certificates and provisioning profiles still work if they are within their valid period? Do apps continue working for up to 90 days?
How long can it be extended at most after expiration?

We are currently developing a research-based iOS application that relies heavily on background capabilities, specifically Significant Location Change.
We are using CLLocationManager.startMonitoringSignificantLocationChanges().
During development, when using Debug → Simulate Location in Xcode, we receive a location update only once. Subsequent simulated location changes do not trigger additional callbacks, which makes testing and development quite cumbersome.
Are there any tools, commands, or workflows (e.g., via Xcode, Instruments, or system-level simulation) to reliably simulate multiple significant location change callbacks for testing purposes?
If there aren't such tools, how do I test this behaviour reliably, robustly and rigidly?

My Apple Developer membership has expired and as a result I can't publish app updates and my app is no longer visible on the App Store.
I'm trying my best to renew my membership, but there is no "Renew" button where it should be, as reported by multiple sources from Apple.
I've tried web, the Developer on macOS, the Developer app on iOS, but there is nowhere a "Renew" button to be found. If I login with another (old) account I can see the renew button where there is none on my other account.
I've contacted Apple Developer support, but they are not responding. Seems like I'm stuck.
Does anyone have experience with this particular problem? How did you solve this problem?
Hello everyone,
I’m running into an issue when logging into my Apple Developer account on the official site. After entering my Apple ID and password, I immediately see:
too many verification codes sent
At this point I should receive a 6-digit 2FA code via SMS to my trusted phone number, but nothing ever arrives. I’ve waited 10–15 minutes and tried again, but I still get the same error and still no SMS.
I’ve double-checked that:
My trusted phone number is correct in my Apple ID settings.
My carrier isn’t blocking or rate-limiting SMS messages.
I can log in successfully via other Apple services (e.g. iCloud.com) and receive codes there without issue.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to developer.apple.com and click “Sign In.”
Enter Apple ID and password.
Submit credentials → immediately see “too many verification codes sent.”
No SMS arrives. Retrying doesn’t help.
Expected behavior:
Apple sends a new 6-digit 2FA SMS to my trusted number.
After entering it, I can complete the login flow.
Actual behavior:
I receive the “too many verification codes sent” message instantly.
I never get the SMS code, even after waiting or retrying.
Has anyone else experienced this on the standard Developer portal? Is there a way to clear the “too many verification codes sent” flag or otherwise force delivery of the 2FA SMS? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
