I am trying to add some more capabilities to my app in the apple developer website. I checked the Notification option and hit save but whenever i refresh the option is left unchecked. I checked console logs and whenever i try saving I get an error.

After I added the USB HID function to my Mac program, it failed to pass Apple's review. The reviewer replied that four non-public or deprecated APIs were used. ··· • _IOHIDEventGetFloatValue • _IOHIDEventSystemClientCreate • _IOHIDEventSystemClientSetMatching • _IOHIDServiceClientCopyEvent ··· The program used the HidAPI library, the open source address is: https://github.com/libusb/hidapi All interactions with HID are completed through the HidAPI library, but I checked the source code of the HidAPI library, and the above APIs were not used At the same time, I used Xcode's Instruments tool to monitor the calls of the app during runtime, but no calls to the above APIs were found in System Trace, CPU Profiler, or Timer Profiler However, Apple's review still replied that the above APIs were used, and the USB HID function is very important. Is there any way to check where the library or program uses the above non-public or deprecated APIs?

Hi, My admin account is locked and I have only one admin role account so that I can not maintain my applications that is published also I can not give permissions other developer account as admin role. I send mail and contact apple developer account support but no-one is helped me and they didnt answer me why my account is locked!!!. They didn't give me any support and help to retake my admin account and didn't reset my password although I sent my all documentation about my company. I am waiting for 15 days to solve this problem and distribute new release my application versions. So how can I recover my admin account ? Does anybody have any suggestion? I have an application that uses WeatherKit for which I use the registered identifier com.[mycompanyname].[myappname] . I'm now developing a second application using WeatherKit, so I need to create a new identifier on https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/add/appId/bundle so that WeatherKit will recognize requests from com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]. (in this post, I'm using "[xxx]" instead of the real strings) When I go to create an identifier for the new app, I get the error message: An attribute in the provided entity has invalid value An App ID with Identifier 'com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]' is not available. Please enter a different string. Can anybody explain why I can't register the new app name, and how I can fix this?

Hi team, I applied to the Apple Developer Program as a company and was finally approved after 4 weeks. However, the payment portal wouldn’t work (Apple confirmed the issue was on their end), and support advised me to use the Apple Developer app to complete payment. Unfortunately, the app does not allow enrolments for my account?, so I emailed support again (with a screenshot) — but haven’t heard back in over 24 hours. Today I tried the payment link again and it has now reset my enrollment entirely — it’s asking me to start over from scratch. This is incredibly frustrating, as we’re trying to launch our app and have already been waiting a month. I can not accept new agreement on account web portal. When I navigated to the page, my personal team can not be seen. So I can not accept the newly agreement. I asked help via email/phone 3 months ago, and Chinese developer team just said you need to wait. I am wondering how long need to take actions or have a conclusion...

When we initiated the app transfer, we were eligible for app transfer and it was transferred as well. But App's bundle identifiers are not transferred yet which is blocking to push new updates. We contacted various time to apple, but we get similar responses. What may be the exact reason that is blocking to transfer the app bundle identifiers. However, app has already been transferred and active from recipient developer account.

Hello Developers, On ios device i recently installed Teams, Instagram and facebook apps.When i change the device language/locale appname remains same i.e in english. All three apps i m able to search with it japanese translation like Teams ->チーム, Instagram->インスタグラム, Facebook ->フェイスブック when device locale in english or japanese.How can i achieve this?.Any suggestion up will be helpful.

I have no Apple developer subscription, out of curiosity i logged into Apple Developer and now, I have Beta updates assigned with my iPhone. Can I unenroll from Apple developer program or remove/ disable/ erease/ delete Apple developer account?

Hi Apple Developer Team, I’m a developer based in South Africa. I initially submitted my enrollment for the Apple Developer Program (Individual) last week Thursday (May 2nd, 2025). The enrollment was then withdrawn by Apple, asking me to re-apply - which I did. Unfortunately, the same issue persists. I entered valid payment details during the re-application. No payment has been deducted. The enroll button on the Apple Developer app remains disabled. It has now been 5 days without resolution. We’ve even gone to the extent of verifying our banking setup and confirming that our card is enabled for international payments. Out of frustration, I have now withdrawn all enrollment applications. Please advise on how I can proceed based on the Case ID I have submitted. This delay is affecting our iOS launch, and I would really appreciate guidance on the way forward. Thank you.

I have an iPhone 11 phone. I installed Beta 2. I installed Beta 1. In both beta, my battery comes as 1%. And I can use the phone. As a solution, I have to go back to version 18.5. Is this problem solved in the new beta?

I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL: https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page. What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem. I’ve already tried: Logging out and back in Clearing browser cache Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Using Incognito/Private mode Still no luck. Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

I selected "Individual / Sole Proprietor" during enrollment, but I’m being redirected to an organization agreement with the message: “Your enrollment could not be completed at this time.” Why is this happening, and how can I restart enrollment properly as an individual?

Hi everyone, My Apple Developer Program subscription was supposed to renew last month, but the payment failed. Surprisingly, the subscription didn’t expire right away, I got an extra month. I’ve now tried updating the payment method using multiple credit/debit cards (including my own and my dad’s), all of which are working perfectly elsewhere but the payment continues to fail. In the Developer app on macOS, I don’t see any option to manually renew the subscription (see attached screenshot). I also noticed that the street address on my developer account doesn’t match the billing address of the card I’m using. Could this be the cause of the issue? If automatic renewal fails, is there a manual payment method available? I’ve already contacted Apple Support, but the solutions they suggested haven’t worked. With my subscription now set to expire in just 3 days, I’m running out of time and options. If there's any way to manually pay or resolve this, I would really appreciate it. I’m in a desperate situation and need to renew to keep my app updates live. Thanks in advance!

We are facing a challenge with the renewal of our Apple Developer Program. Last year, we renewed it using a UPI ID, but that UPI ID is no longer available. We have added a new UPI ID and want the payment to be deducted from it. However, when we click on ‘Renew the Program,’ it redirects us to the old UPI ID, which we are unable to delete. It also shows that there is a currently active subscription linked to that UPI ID. We are in the 30-day grace period. We contacted the Apple Support team, but they have not provided a solution. Is there anyone who can help with this?”

Hi, We’ve encountered a bug in the payment form and are currently unable to complete the payment for our Apple Developer Program enrollment. When we go to https://developer.apple.com/enroll/purchase, I check the checkbox and proceed by clicking Purchase. This takes us to the next page: https://secure6.store.apple.com/nl/shop/checkout?_s=Billing-init On that page, we’re asked how we want to pay (the page is in Dutch), but the form gives the following issues: Street name: Error message says I need to enter bank details (even though this is the address field). Postal code: Error message keeps asking for the postal code, even though it’s filled in. City: Same issue – the field is filled in, but the form shows an error. Email and Mobile: Error message saying I need to enter bank details (unclear why). Mobile number: It says I need to enter a mobile number, even though it’s already filled. Because of this, I can’t proceed to check payment and finalize the €99 payment.

Hello All I have been trying to enroll on the developer program on behalf of my organization however the enrollement order goes through and we never get a response back. I have tried it on a macbook and iphone 16. Are developer services un allowed for Kenyans or what is going on? As for Customer support, four emails sent to their team with zero response.
