Hi all, I initiated the request to Apple to convert from individual to organization membership. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks since last email from Apple. Is there any way to escalate it? I am not receiving any further email updates after asking for an update twice. It would be really good at least to know how many days to expect the outcome if Apple could have simply replied so. We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

I have filled the form to request for this access, but it has been 15 days now and I haven’t gotten any feedback. Apple Support said the appropriate team will be in contact with me once it has been approved. It’s been 15 days and still nothing. I just want to know how long it would take, and Apple’s WWDC 2025 is around the corner, I was really looking forward to get this done before then.

We are currently unable to authorize the token due to signature verification issues. We are unclear about the expected signature and how to validate it correctly. Despite reaching out to Apple Support through several emails, I have never received a clear explanation or log details on why the enrollment was not successful. I have made a payment the the Apple developer program from my credit card, I have contacted my bank and they have confirmed that they payment has gone off and all that is left is for Apple to 'bank the payment' on their side but Apple isn't actioning this. I have emailed support numerous times but all I get is an automatic reply acknowledging the email but nothing else, what do I do now, is there any other email or phone number I can contact them on. I'm not from the US

Applied to the developer program with the waiver for a non-profit that I'm associated with. Application process was initiated on July 4th 2025 and have followed up multiple times since to get an update or clarity on timelines. We have a DUNS number. We are a registered NON PROFIT in INDIA and have the relevant documentation as required by them. We have submitted all of these documents at least twice for review but there's no update from Apple's end. Anyone have any recourse for escalation?

Hi, I need help resolving an enrollment issue. When I log into my Apple Developer account on the website, I only see the message: “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement.” After that, nothing else loads and I can’t continue. What I’ve tried: Paid the annual fee (it shows as charged). Logged in from iPhone (Developer app), Mac, Safari, and Chrome. Same error. Cleared cookies, tried private mode, and even changed my email. Contacted normal Apple Support (they couldn’t help). Tried to reach Developer Support but I can’t since I’m technically not enrolled. Other details: I can’t access App Store Connect. My Apple ID birthday is set to 15 October 2000. I’ve already accepted the Developer Agreement. Developer app shows an error whenever I try enrollment there. At this point, I’m stuck in a loop: Apple says I’ve already agreed, but my membership isn’t activated, and I can’t contact the right support channel.

Hi, I need to contact Apple developer support. But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!). I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid", I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form. The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

i am not a developer but im being hacked and my devices are being enrolled into developer / mdm on all my personal apple devices it startted off with all these logs on my phone/ mac that was logging all my activity, networks, device details etc. its gotten to the point that its putting my life in danger my 911 calls even were being intercepted and i saw a list of voices downloaded and when certain words i said were said; they would be ignored or replaced. i suspect my identity haa been stolen and ive been illegally enrolled or configurated by apple configurator to basically have a software license agreement that i never agreed to and do not even have the capability of using when i go to apple developer it says all system status active please i need help asap someone is hacking me and i do not agree to these terms!!

I am trying to create an AppId to support Sign in with Apple from my web app. This capability is not availability. An AI query suggests that this is not supported with an Enterprise account, though I cannot find any links/information to support this. Is this a known issue?

We registered an Apple Account and started the enrollment as company. Entered DUNS number and everything. Afterwards we got the mail, there is somthing suspicous, we have to reply to germandev@ why we want to be registered. We found out, that we had a student once who started developing an app and registered themselves with company details. This account seems to be closed, but anyhow, it is mixed now. The problem is, even though I already paid, it keeps saying: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now, Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." I've tried to reach out to apple developer support numerous times, but no reply whatsoever... What do i do at this point?

Today I opened the camera using the camera button and noticed that when I tried to zoom in the slider button was not responding. Not sure if it’s related to iOS 26 beta which I have installed. Forced restarted the phone and the phone case is not covering the button. Thank you in advance for your help.
