I purchased a developer account approximately 4 days ago, on Saturday.
The payment was successfully charged to my card and I have the receipt, but I have not received any approval.
The status is still PENDING, and we are about to enter the 5th day without approval.
How can this issue be resolved? We are also not receiving any responses to our support tickets.

Each year I get my renewal email from Apple, however, since 2019 (yes, this is the 4th year in a row) I've been unable to renew due to this infamous "Please enter fewer characters" error message. Each time I've had to open a support case, talk to someone on the phone, they take all of my details along with screenshots, etc. and manually renew my subscription. Once they've charged my card I never hear from them again and issue never gets resolved.
IDK if any Apple Dev Support folks actually use this forum but this is ridiculous.
I'm calling the endpoint https://apple-pay-gateway-cert.apple.com/paymentservices with mTLS and it's taking over 15 seconds to complete the request. This is happening only when deployed through AWS.
I have tried a dummy dotnet and node lambda with the same result.
Wondering if anyone had the same issue.
Also stack overflow post explaining the code in more depth - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/79755891/mtls-http-call-taking-over-15-seconds
I've been wating for 5 business days now and one weekend to get my Apple Developer ID approved.
This does delay the publishing of applications.
Could a possible solution be delegating the work to other groups? Could the employees in physical stores be included in this work, if the staff allocated to this in head office are not sufficient?

I applied for an Apple Developer Organization account more than two weeks ago, but I have not received any further information regarding the registration process. Apple previously requested some supporting documents, which I submitted as instructed. I have also followed up, but have yet to receive a response. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?

My clients are waiting.. i had to give them some excuses and discounts...
everything is ready from my side but the enrollment is delayed already more than 1 month.
The support did replay after 1 week , all they did was to withdraw my enrollment and tell me to try again , and back to point zero... and I'm waiting...
I did try to open two accounts , one personal and one for organization so i can at least give my clients their app. now I'm checking both accounts daily basis .
oh you may wounder what happened with support ? they did answer fallow my case a little but didn't provide a solution , and then stopped responding...
I'm losing money, time and hope to this system.
Dear Apple Team,
I have taken the subscription of Apple Developer Program but the subscription status is not correctly reflecting in my account.
Below I have attached the screenshot for the reference.
Can you please help me to resolve the account status reflection correctly.
Thanks in Advance!
It has been 576 hours since I got email that purchase will be completed in next 48 hours (Aug 19th).I tried it again on Aug 30th and Sept 4th but still no other resposne than those same emails. No charge on my bank account, nothing. I even sent support message and still no answer. What is happening Apple?
I received an email from Apple saying they couldn't auto-renew my developer subscription, due to a "billing error."
I went in and deleted my lone payment method (which looked up-to-date), and created a new one for the same credit card in my developer account for billing. All the information appears correct. I've downloaded the Developer app, where it tells me my developer subscription is good through next month. There's a Renew button underneath. If I click on it, an alert says either "Unknown Error" (first time after launching), or it says "Unable to Continue. Please ensure your device and iCloud account meet our system requirements. Visit https://developer.apple.com/support/app-account/" (subsequent times). These are near-useless error messages. Which doesn't sound like a billing error.
I don't pay anything for an iCloud account, nor wish to use an iCloud account. I'm running System 12.1 on my M1 MacBook Pro.
After an hour of talking with three different humans at 1-800-MY-APPLE, they couldn't help, basically giving up and telling me to go to developer.apple.com/support/technical. But that's for submitting a TSI (Technical Support Incident) for my own needs as a developer, not for Apple's uninformative software.
All I want to do is renew my developer subscription. Something's obviously wrong, but the automated system isn't providing enough information to continue, and the humans at the other end of the phone don't have enough information to help. The last guy I talked with threw up his hands, apologizzed, and then wished that I have a "good day."
Any suggestions?
Hi,
I tried to sign up for the Developer Program 7 times, starting on January 5th. It's now been a month.
I contacted customer support, they said to try enrolling through the Apple Developer App. I tried that, it asked me to do an identity verification, which I did, successfully.
Then the "enroll" button on the app got grayed out and it says:
"Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit http:// developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/."
I go to that link, I click "continue with your enrollment", I pay the $99, it goes through, I don't get charged anything, just a $0.00 authorization transaction, then get the "Order Acknowledgment" email, then nothing happens, it just goes nowhere.
Please help. If there is anything I can do, or any more information I should supply for this to go through.
I contacted support multiple times, but I don't get any response.
My enrollment ID is DPTB3R8T2Z.

Developer Program
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the Apple Developer Program.
Yesterday, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and entered my Visa card details. However, later that night, I received a notification from my bank that the payment was charged but failed because my balance was insufficient. After that, I added funds to my bank account, withdrew/canceled my previous enrollment, and then enrolled again using the same Visa card.
After re-enrolling, I received a notification from my bank and an email confirming that the payment was successful, with the order ID: “We're processing your order – D00****”
However, when I try to track the order by clicking the link in the email or checking the order status, it shows the following message:
Something went wrong.
There was a problem with your request. Please try again.
Could you please explain why this issue is happening and help me check the status of my Apple Developer Program enrollment?

I’ve submitted several requests over the past days to get help updating the corporation information on my existing, paid Apple Developer account. So far, all I’ve received are automated emails saying “Thanks for contacting Apple Support”—each with a new case ID, but no actual progress.
I even tried requesting a phone call multiple times, but that too just resulted in the same meaningless email with yet another case number. Not a single person has contacted me, and the issue remains completely unresolved.
This is deeply frustrating and unacceptable, especially when the matter is time-sensitive. It feels like all support channels are shut off. I'm honestly shocked at how unresponsive and ineffective Apple Developer Support has become.
I need urgent, human help. How do I escalate this beyond automated replies?
Would appreciate if someone from Apple or the community can point me in the right direction.

Hello everyone,
I’m posting here to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue or can advise on next steps.
I submitted a support request to Apple Developer Support over a week ago and received the automated confirmation, but I haven’t received any follow-up or response yet.
Case ID: 102818054039
I’ve already been charged USD 99.00 for the Apple Developer Program, and the payment was successful. Below are some of the relevant details for reference:
Product: Apple Developer Program
Invoice Number: MC47999846
Invoice Date: January 29, 2026
Web Order Number: D004733307
Sales Order Number: AER8645015
At this point, I’m just looking for a status update or guidance on what to do next. If anyone has suggestions on how to get a response from Apple Developer Support or escalate the issue, I’d really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance for any help.
I've been trying to enroll as a developer but keep running into an "unknown error". I've even tried having the dev team call me and sending an email through the support portal but keep getting the message that my request cannot be processed. Even calling apple support didn't work as they were unable to connect me with the dev team. Any idea on how to get this sorted? Thank you!!

I want to create a verified Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile for Apple devices. As we are developing a solution to manage customer-owned Apple devices by remotely installing and managing an MDM configuration profile (both supervised and unsupervised way).
Any documentation, enrollment prerequisites (such as Apple Business Manager or Developer Enterprise Program), and support you can provide in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
Hi,
Our account was due for renewal and not getting renew option neither on the website nor on the app. While the banner shows renewal is due but no option to pay. Attaching the screenshot below need immediate help.

Hello Apple Developer Support and Community,
RE: #102631841612
I am currently stuck in App Store migration hell. My app’s migration has been blocked for over 14 days due to an error in our latest build and it was during a prolonged and delayed migration with Apple. I have requested 14 days now to pause the migration to allow us to upload a new build. This is ruining my brand and reputation. I'm at the hands of Apple support but this truly is unacceptable service. I need HELP. PAUSE the migration asap.
I have emailed Apple support repeatedly for two weeks requesting a pause on the migration so I can update a new build, but no response so far. I’ve also tweeted, tagged Apple’s channels, and followed all official steps with no success.
This delay is severely impacting my users and business, and I need an immediate resolution or a way to pause the migration so I can fix this error and get my app working again.
Please, if anyone from Apple Developer Support or the community has advice, contact, or workaround to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it. I am including screenshots of the error (without sensitive info) below.
Thank you for your urgent attention.

Whats the deal with apple taking money from people for a developer account and doing nothing about it. There's a growing number of users waiting weeks and some over a month who have paid for a developer account and are not receiving what they paid for. When trying to reach out to Apple they are ignored and never answered. Some would label this theft or fraud. Whats going on?
