Apple Developer Enrollment Pending for Over One Month After Payment – No Response to Support Case
Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I am looking for guidance regarding a prolonged Apple Developer Program enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community or Apple Developer Support team. I created an Individual Apple Developer account on 10 January 2026 and completed the payment successfully on 11 January 2026. Since then, the enrollment status has remained pending, and I am still unable to access App Store Connect, create certificates, or manage identifiers. Here is what I have already completed from my side:
• Verified my Apple ID with Two-Factor Authentication enabled
• Submitted all required information and provided proper documents during enrollment
• Checked for any pending agreements or additional actions in the developer portal
• Opened an official support case via Apple Developer Contact Support
• Followed up multiple times on the same case Unfortunately, it has now been more than one month, and there has been no response or update from the Apple Developer Support team, while the account remains in pending status. I kindly request guidance from the community and, if possible, visibility from Apple Developer Support regarding the following:
• Is there any direct escalation process for enrollment issues?
• Are there alternative ways to contact Apple when a support case remains unanswered?
• Could there be any additional verification steps that are not visible in the portal? Any professional advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I cannot find the "Renew" button in the Developer app for iOS
Hi everyone, My Apple Developer Program membership expired back in September 2025. I am trying to renew it now (February), but the "Renew" button is completely missing from the Account tab in the Apple Developer app. I have already contacted Apple Support via email regarding this issue, but I haven't received any response yet. Here is what I have already tried: Verifying I am logged in with the correct Account Holder Apple ID. Logging out and logging back in within the app. Checking the web portal, but it just tells me to use the app to renew. Is there any way to force the renewal option to appear, or does support need to manually refresh my account status? Thanks in advance for any help!

Developer Mode without PC
My phone's charging port is fried. It only charges wirelessly. Fixing it costs the same as the phone. I currently am having a lot of issues enrolling for apple developer program as well, so I can't use test flight right now. I want to enable developer mode on my phone, but it's never been connected to xcode before, so the option is not available. How do I enable developer mode without being able to connect it to a pc? I have a mac, and both my mac and iphone are on the same apple id. thank you

Apple watch Xcode pairing & connection issues
I’m blocked debugging a watchOS app on a physical Apple Watch. The iPhone connects to Xcode normally (wired), but the Watch either fails to connect with a tunnel timeout or disappears entirely from Xcode after I unpaired it inside Devices & Simulators. Environment Mac: macOS 26.x (Apple Silicon Mac) Xcode: 26.2 iPhone: iOS 26.1 Apple Watch Ultra: watchOS 26.2 (build 23S303) Connection: iPhone connected to Mac via USB (trusted). Watch paired to iPhone and working normally in the Watch app. Issue A (when Watch is visible in Xcode) In Xcode → Window → Devices and Simulators, the Watch shows up but is not usable and fails to connect. Error: “Previous preparation error: A connection to this device could not be established.” “Timed out while attempting to establish tunnel using negotiated network parameters.” In some attempts the Watch shows “Capacity: Unknown” / limited details, and then fails during preparation. Issue B (after unpairing Watch in Xcode only) I unpaired/removed the Watch in Xcode (Devices & Simulators). I did not unpair the Watch from the iPhone. Now: iPhone appears in Xcode and works normally for builds. Watch is still paired to the iPhone and works normally. Watch no longer appears anywhere in Xcode Devices & Simulators (no paired watch section, no watch run destination). What I’ve tried Reboots of Mac, iPhone, Watch (multiple times) Watch unlocked, awake; iPhone unlocked and close to Watch Verified Watch is paired and connected in iPhone Watch app Developer Mode enabled on iPhone and Watch Wi-Fi and Bluetooth ON (Mac/iPhone/Watch), tried toggling both Tried on home Wi-Fi and also with iPhone hotspot (same result) Resetting trust prompts / reconnecting iPhone via USB, re-trusting Mac Apple Watch: “Clear Trusted Computers” Xcode: removing/re-adding devices; clearing derived data; restarting Xcode Watch Developer networking test: Responsiveness = Medium (430 RPM) Questions 1. Is this a known issue/regression with Xcode 26.2 + watchOS 26.2 tunneling (CoreDevice / devicectl)? 2. Is there an Apple-supported way to force Xcode to re-discover a paired Watch after it was removed from Xcode Devices & Simulators (without unpairing the Watch from the iPhone)? 3. Any recommended logs or diagnostic steps I should collect (Console logs, sysdiagnose, specific Xcode/CoreDevice logs) to include in a Feedback report? If helpful, I can provide the full error text from Xcode’s Devices window and any logs you recommend. Thank you in advance,

ShazamKit enabled on App ID but provisioning profiles do not include com.apple.developer.shazamkit entitlement
Hi, I’m a paid Apple Developer Program member and I’m seeing an entitlement issuance issue with ShazamKit. ShazamKit is enabled for my App ID (com.tomharris.dnbidfinder) in Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles. However, every iOS Development provisioning profile I generate does not include the entitlement: com.apple.developer.shazamkit verified this by decoding the downloaded .mobileprovision file: security cms -D -i .mobileprovision | /usr/libexec/PlistBuddy -c "Print :Entitlements" /dev/stdin The entitlement dictionary does not contain the ShazamKit key. Because of this: • The signed .app does not contain the Shazam entitlement • SHSession.match(signature) fails on device • I receive ShazamKit runtime error 201 / 212 I’ve already: • Toggled ShazamKit off and back on for the App ID • Created new provisioning profiles • Created a brand new App ID to test • Refreshed profiles in Xcode The portal UI shows ShazamKit as enabled, but the entitlement is not being issued into provisioning profiles. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there an additional approval step required for ShazamKit, or could this be a backend entitlement propagation issue? Thanks.

Organization enrollment stuck, no response since Feb 6
I’m enrolling a small studio (EU, Slovakia) and the portal has been stuck on “Your enrollment is being processed”. I’m currently blocked from shipping builds via App Store Connect, and the lack of any accept/reject decision is starting to impact day-to-day work and planning. If an Apple Staff member can’t review the case details here, could you please route this to the enrollment verification team so they can provide a clear accept/reject decision on the passport photos already uploaded? Actions completed: Feb 3: Uploaded passport photos via the secure upload link following the requested photo requirements. Feb 6: Replied from the correct Apple Account email as instructed. Since Feb 6 there has been no confirmation whether the passport photos are accepted or rejected, and no next-step owner. I also submitted two separate support requests in the portal (email-only, no phone/chat option shown) and received no response. Request: Please confirm whether the passport photos are accepted or rejected. If rejected, please specify the exact requirement that failed so I can re-upload correctly. If accepted, please confirm the next step in the enrollment process. I can provide the enrollment ID, case number, and full identifiers privately if needed.

Admin on Organization team but cannot access CIP
Hi all, I’m an Admin user in an Apple Developer Program (Organization) team, but I’m unable to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles (CIP) on developer.apple.com. I’d like to understand what permission is missing and where it should be enabled. Context Program type: Apple Developer Program (Organization) My role in App Store Connect: Admin I can access App Store Connect normally, but CIP resources on developer.apple.com are blocked. The Account Holder can access CIP normally. What I see (Problem) In the Apple Developer portal → Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get: “Access Unavailable — You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder or an Admin.” In Xcode → Settings → Accounts → Team, the “Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles” section shows a red error indicator and doesn’t load. Only my account is affected; the Account Holder is not. What we’ve tried / confirmed Membership is active (renewal date is valid) Signed out/in of Xcode and re-added my Apple ID Confirmed selecting the correct Organization team in Xcode / Developer portal Account Holder confirmed they can access CIP Questions For an Organization team, what exact permission(s) are required for a member to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles? Where is this access controlled — App Store Connect → Users and Access vs developer.apple.com → People? If Admin in App Store Connect is not sufficient, what additional role/setting is needed to grant CIP access?

Archiving Catalyst project that embeds macOS tool
Hi! I have a Catalyst app that embeds command line utility. So the project has two targets: Catalyst target, this target depends on #2 and embeds it into its bundle. macOS target, the command line tool. Both targets have package dependency to the same package. I used this to embed the CMD tool. Everything builds, runs and works fine until I try to archive the project. Archiving stops early with such error: error: Multiple commands produce '/Users/kse2/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/PkgTest-clngkndczxoprpdlwefqqiqlryjt/Build/Intermediates.noindex/ArchiveIntermediates/PkgTest/IntermediateBuildFilesPath/UninstalledProducts/macosx/MacrosForSwift.o' note: Target 'MacrosForSwift' (project 'MacrosForSwift') has a command with output '/Users/kse2/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/PkgTest-clngkndczxoprpdlwefqqiqlryjt/Build/Intermediates.noindex/ArchiveIntermediates/PkgTest/IntermediateBuildFilesPath/UninstalledProducts/macosx/MacrosForSwift.o' note: Target 'MacrosForSwift' (project 'MacrosForSwift') has a command with output '/Users/kse2/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/PkgTest-clngkndczxoprpdlwefqqiqlryjt/Build/Intermediates.noindex/ArchiveIntermediates/PkgTest/IntermediateBuildFilesPath/UninstalledProducts/macosx/MacrosForSwift.o' What I have tried to fix archiving: Changing PkgTestCMD target to be on Catalyst/iOS instead of macOS. This works but I'm not sure how to properly run CMD tool with iOS SDK (if this correct at all): I need the main thread to be 'unblocked' and be active while background tasks exist. Adding an aux framework that act as container for the package. Doesn't work. Splitting targets into different projects, making workspace and cross-project reference. Doesn't work. My understanding is that archiving attempts to produce .o files for both Catalyst and macOS simultaneously, due to PkgTest being Catalyst and PkgTestCMD being macOS targets. How to archive such a project? Is there a way to separate archiving of CMD and main app? Maybe separate .o files into different directories. Simple building and running the project works, why archiving doesn't want to? I have a test project for the issue: PkgTest. main branch is the source project, DepFramework contains attempt #2, Workspace—#3. Thank you!

Xcode 26 Kills Productivity by Making Global the State of Inspectors Pane
Here's the text of FB22001359 I've just submitted: Xcode 26 changed the behavior of the Inspectors pane (which hopefully is a bug and not an intended behavior). Now, if I close (or open) the Inspectors pane in a window tab, it closes (or opens) the Inspectors pane in ALL tabs. This is insanely horrible, unproductive, time-wasting behavior that breaks workflows that has been established for many years. By way of example: In a window tab that contains a .xib, I always want the Inspectors pane to be open. While in the window tabs that contain code files, I want the Inspectors pane to be closed. (Sometimes I do open it in certain window tabs, when needed). Before Xcode 26, the Inspectors pane was open or closed in each individual tab as the user desired. Now, if I close the Inspectors pane in one window tab, the pane closes EVERYWHERE. Thus when, for example, I go to a .xib window tab, I have to open the Inspectors pane AGAIN. But then when I go back to a code window tab, I have to CLOSE the Inspectors pane there (because it became open globally). And have to do this endlessly every day. WHY??? Please restore the normal, pre-26 behavior of the Inspectors pane. That is, the Inspectors pane should remain open or closed as PER INDIVIDUAL WINDOW TAB, not globally. Thank you for your attention to this important issue!

Xcode 26 is insanely slow
Hey there Just updated to Xcode 26 on mac OS Sequoia (MBP M1 Max 32GB, 2021, so you know, still pretty decent and capable). Xcode is super slow on building, but also on editing. There is a lag between what I type and what is displayed. Am I the only one experiencing this? Is there something I should look into?

dlopen problems with debug build, macOS SDK 15, and ASAN
Hello, There seems to be a regression with macOS SDK 15 and dynamically loading libraries if Address Sanitizer is turned on. Seems to only affect Debug builds, and .frameworks. I've also reported this via the Feedback Assistant: FB16513866 Here's a minimal repro, if anyone is interested: https://gist.github.com/peter-esik/6b00432e411be85333e14ae7d953966e I thought I'd post this here, as according to my web searches, this isn't a very well-known bug at this point.

Error generating domain certificate
I’m having an issue verifying a domain for a Merchant ID. I’m implementing Apple Pay on the web for a demo, and I’ve configured the Azure server to match Apple’s requirements for domain verification, such as the TLS configuration, not requiring client certificates, and ensuring there are no redirects. I’ve run tests with OpenSSL and PowerShell and all responses return HTTP/1.1 200 OK. I also tested the URL Apple says it uses to validate the file under .well-known, and it does show the expected result. I already have the Apple Pay Payment Processing Certificate and the Apple Pay Merchant Identity Certificate approved; the only thing missing is the domain verification. I’m not sure what else to test—if you could help me with a possible solution, I’d really appreciate it. (The project is built in .NET 8 and hosted on Azure App Service.)

Apple Developer Program enrollment “could not be completed at this time” — does this eventually get resolved?
Hello everyone, I’m currently trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I received the message: “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” I contacted Apple Developer Program Support and received a case ID, but so far I haven’t received clear guidance on what specifically needs to be fixed or verified. I’ve checked the following already: Apple ID information matches my legal identity Two-factor authentication is enabled Payment method is valid Address and country details are correct I’ve noticed several similar reports in the forums and even blog posts describing long delays or no resolution, so I wanted to ask developers who experienced this: Did your enrollment eventually get approved after waiting? Did Apple ever explain the issue? Is it better to wait for support to resolve the case, or create a new Apple ID and restart the enrollment process? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences or any steps that helped resolve this. Thank you!

Apple Developer Program purchased but enrollment stuck — asked to pay again
Hello, I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program and the payment is visible in my Apple subscriptions as active. However, when I open the Apple Developer app, I see the message:“Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account.” When I follow the link to enroll via the website, it asks me to pay again even though I have already been charged. I have contacted support twice but haven’t received a response yet. It seems like my enrollment is stuck or not finalized. Has anyone experienced this before? How did you resolve it? Thanks in advance.

Enrollment Blocked: "Exceeded maximum attempts" after Mail Verification Bug for company enrollment
Hello, I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. During the email verification step, I encountered a technical error: no verification code was sent to my email (I confirmed the email address was correct and checked all folders). There was no "Resend" button available on the screen. After refreshing the page to try and fix the UI glitch, I was immediately blocked with the following error: "Contact us to continue your enrollment. You’ve exceeded the maximum number of attempts. Please contact us." I have already opened a support ticket (Case ID: 102824565622), but since this is a time-sensitive corporate enrollment, I am looking for advice. Any help from the community or an Apple representative would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Yoni
