Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this:
According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team.
There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says:
If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program.
So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this:
Log on to Developer > Account.
Select the correct team at the top right.
Scroll down to the “Membership details” section.
Look at the “Enrolled as” field.
If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below.
If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership.
If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us.
Share and Enjoy

Hello,
I’m writing this here because I’m honestly stuck and unable to reach anyone through official support channels.
Order Number: W1466057949
Order Date: 18/02/2026
Case ID: 102824542025
My payment was successfully approved and processed by my bank. The amount has been fully charged. However, my Apple Developer account has still not been activated.
I opened a support ticket immediately after noticing the issue. It has now been 6 days, and I have received absolutely no response.
There is no active support in Turkey for this issue. When I try calling the Ireland support number, I can only reach an automated system — there is no way to speak to a real person. I currently have no direct contact channel to resolve this.
This situation is blocking my development work and causing serious delays. I have completed my payment in good faith, yet I cannot access the service I paid for, and I cannot reach anyone for assistance.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to escalate this properly, I would greatly appreciate guidance.
Thank you.

Hello,
I’m facing an issue while trying to purchase the Apple Developer Program membership and would appreciate some guidance from the community.
I attempted to make the payment using UPI. Initially, it failed multiple times with an “incorrect PIN” message, even though I was entering the correct PIN. Later, I used the wallet option and completed the payment successfully via Google Pay. The amount of ₹8,700 was deducted from my bank account.
However, after the successful transaction:
There is no confirmation in my Apple Developer account.
It still shows that the membership fee is pending.
When I try to pay again,I see the message: “Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support.”
Also, I did not see any option to pay using a credit or debit card. The only available options were UPI and Net Banking.
I would like to know:
Has anyone faced a similar issue before?
How long does it usually take for such payments to reflect?
What was the solution in your case?
How did you get confirmation or resolve this with Apple?
I have already contacted Apple Developer Support and am waiting for their response.
Any suggestions or shared experiences would be very helpful.
Thank you.

Hello,
I am seeking assistance with a stuck enrollment for the Apple Developer Program (Individual). I paid the annual fee on January 7th and have an active subscription shown in my App Store (renews Jan 8, 2027), but my developer account remains inactive.
The Issue: I received an email on January 12th asking me to verify my identity. When I click the "Upload ID" link provided in that official email, I am met with this error: "Sorry, you don't have access. Your account isn't authorized to upload files."
What I've Checked:
I am signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
The Apple Developer App does not show any "Verify Identity" or "Continue Enrollment" buttons in the Account tab; it only shows "Enroll Now," but that button is greyed out.
I have tried multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome) and Incognito mode with no success.
I have contacted Developer Support three times over the last month but have not received a response. My account seems to be in a loop where I am required to verify, but my account permissions do not allow me to access the verification portal.
Could a moderator or anyone from the team please help escalate this?

On february 9, I tried to enroll to the developer program, I got charged and received and order number, the next day when I tried to see the status of the enrollment, the order number provided on the email confirming the order was not working, I've tried to get support through email, nothing happens; I've called about 20 times to Apple Support, nothing happens, they said they doesn't have direct communication to the Apple Developer department, I have two weeks plus trying to have an answer on email, and nothing happens, but you know what happened? They completed the charge on my CC.
Hello,
I have already paid the yearly fee via the Apple Developer app, but my account still says "Enroll Now" and requiring me to pay again.
Order ID: MQQ6VYNN1Y
Can you please manually sync my payment and activate my membership?
Plus extend my deadline at the exact date that Apple team replied AND sync my payment record and reactivate my account. As it is illegal that I paid and I receive no service as promised by Apple.

I have lost 5 days of the right to use the service even though I have paid.
Can you please manually sync my payment and activate my membership and extend my subscription deadline?
Thank you.
Hi everyone,
I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on February 10th, 2026. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”.
It’s now been close to two weeks and I already contacted Apple Support by email but unfortunately no actions has been made. I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated.
Thanks in advance for your help and feedback! Also if theres an Apple Support team here, my case ID is 102827774601

Member has access to App Store Connect but no access to the Apple Developer Program on the same team
I am enrolled in an individual account and have the appropriate previliges on the App Store Connect portal. However upon trying to access the Certificates page, it presents an error message "Unable to find a team with the given Team ID 'to which you belong"
My question is, is it possible while adding me to the team, it could possibly only have added me on the App Store Connect portal only and not also on the Apple Developer? How would I be explicitly added also through the Apple Developer account?

Hi,Like many other complaints in Feb 2026 forum threads,
I enrolled as Individual on Feb 15, 2026.
Payment was successfully charged and I received the invoice.
However, the dashboard still shows "Subscribe your membership" / "Complete your purchase".
No activation/confirmation email has arrived, and I can't access Certificates or add my Team in Xcode. I've contacted support multiple times (requested phone call), but no reply yet.
This is delaying my product launch – I need an immediate solution or timeline for activation.
Thanks for helping
Hi everyone,
My Apple Developer Program membership expired back in September 2025. I am trying to renew it now (February), but the "Renew" button is completely missing from the Account tab in the Apple Developer app.
I have already contacted Apple Support via email regarding this issue, but I haven't received any response yet.
Here is what I have already tried:
Verifying I am logged in with the correct Account Holder Apple ID.
Logging out and logging back in within the app.
Checking the web portal, but it just tells me to use the app to renew.
Is there any way to force the renewal option to appear, or does support need to manually refresh my account status?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Hello Apple Developer Support Team,
I completed my Apple Developer Program enrollment directly through the Developer app on my iPhone. The identity verification and payment were successfully processed.
However, when I log in via the web, I still see the message “Complete Your Purchase,” and my enrollment status appears as Pending. The system seems to be asking me to proceed with enrollment again, even though the process was already completed on my iPhone.
Could you please review my account and clarify the current status of my enrollment?
Thank you for your assistance.
Kind regards
Hi everyone,
I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, February 15th, 2026. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”.
It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information.
I already contacted Apple Support by email/phone without any response, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated.

I’m enrolling a small studio (EU, Slovakia) and the portal has been stuck on “Your enrollment is being processed”. I’m currently blocked from shipping builds via App Store Connect, and the lack of any accept/reject decision is starting to impact day-to-day work and planning.
If an Apple Staff member can’t review the case details here, could you please route this to the enrollment verification team so they can provide a clear accept/reject decision on the passport photos already uploaded?
Actions completed:
Feb 3: Uploaded passport photos via the secure upload link following the requested photo requirements.
Feb 6: Replied from the correct Apple Account email as instructed.
Since Feb 6 there has been no confirmation whether the passport photos are accepted or rejected, and no next-step owner. I also submitted two separate support requests in the portal (email-only, no phone/chat option shown) and received no response.
Request:
Please confirm whether the passport photos are accepted or rejected.
If rejected, please specify the exact requirement that failed so I can re-upload correctly.
If accepted, please confirm the next step in the enrollment process.
I can provide the enrollment ID, case number, and full identifiers privately if needed.

I've tried to enroll in the developer program 8 days ago. I've submitted contact forms for email response. I've called customer support and they've told me there is no way to actually talk to Developer support outside of filing for a contact us form via the contact us option here in Apple Developer. Today I went to check the status and all of the recent issues I've had are gone. I paid for the membership to Apple Developer program. I have not been emailed or called or contacted in anyway and I still have the option to enroll in the Apple developer program but why would I continue over and over again and throw money away after it? I have my app built and ready for Weatherkit integration and testing but I can't access the resources due to not being enrolled in an active developer program. I literally do not know anywhere else to go for help. What am I supposed to do from here?

I’m having an issue verifying a domain for a Merchant ID. I’m implementing Apple Pay on the web for a demo, and I’ve configured the Azure server to match Apple’s requirements for domain verification, such as the TLS configuration, not requiring client certificates, and ensuring there are no redirects.
I’ve run tests with OpenSSL and PowerShell and all responses return HTTP/1.1 200 OK. I also tested the URL Apple says it uses to validate the file under .well-known, and it does show the expected result.
I already have the Apple Pay Payment Processing Certificate and the Apple Pay Merchant Identity Certificate approved; the only thing missing is the domain verification. I’m not sure what else to test—if you could help me with a possible solution, I’d really appreciate it. (The project is built in .NET 8 and hosted on Azure App Service.)

Hey everyone, I purchased an Apple Developer Program and got my confirmation email that within 48h my developer account should be activated, but it never did. Plus after waiting more than 48h I wrote to support, describing everything, but never heard back from them.

Hello everyone,
I’m currently trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I received the message:
“Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.”
I contacted Apple Developer Program Support and received a case ID, but so far I haven’t received clear guidance on what specifically needs to be fixed or verified.
I’ve checked the following already:
Apple ID information matches my legal identity
Two-factor authentication is enabled
Payment method is valid
Address and country details are correct
I’ve noticed several similar reports in the forums and even blog posts describing long delays or no resolution, so I wanted to ask developers who experienced this:
Did your enrollment eventually get approved after waiting?
Did Apple ever explain the issue?
Is it better to wait for support to resolve the case, or create a new Apple ID and restart the enrollment process?
I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences or any steps that helped resolve this.
Thank you!
Hello,
I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. During the email verification step, I encountered a technical error: no verification code was sent to my email (I confirmed the email address was correct and checked all folders).
There was no "Resend" button available on the screen. After refreshing the page to try and fix the UI glitch, I was immediately blocked with the following error:
"Contact us to continue your enrollment.
You’ve exceeded the maximum number of attempts. Please contact us."
I have already opened a support ticket (Case ID: 102824565622), but since this is a time-sensitive corporate enrollment, I am looking for advice.
Any help from the community or an Apple representative would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Yoni
