I have been waiting almost 2 months for my Apple developer account to be approved. I am unable to reach Apple even though I have submitted a ticket and made phone calls and requested to escalate. I have an event at the end of next week so I need the account approved so that I can upload the app. Can someone help? I am really desperate. Im based in Saudi Arabia And have provided all the requested documents from Apple.

Hi all, It’s a new year, and the betas are out, but one thing I have noticed with this build is how much lag is everywhere. It’s one of my main issues with the current state of iOS 26 and the question I bear is ‘What is Apple going to do to make their software less laggy?’. I get how Liquid Glass is a rendering intensive material, but I don’t think normal users could handle the amount of lag happily.

Hi everyone, I'm working on integrating push notifications for Apple Wallet passes (loyalty cards) with a custom Pass Type Identifier. I've set up the Pass Type ID and APNs certificates in the Apple Developer portal. My backend sends push notifications via APNs with the topic set to the Pass Type ID. APNs responses indicate success (HTTP 200), but the notifications do not appear on devices. Device tokens are valid and properly stored. The pass JSON includes webServiceURL and authenticationToken. Has anyone encountered this issue or can share insights on: Common misconfigurations that prevent push notifications from being delivered to Wallet passes? Additional steps or configurations required in the Apple Developer account or in the pass JSON? Ways to debug or log APNs push notifications specifically for passes? Context: I recently encountered an issue while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program with my personal Apple ID, and I need guidance on how to resolve it. A few months ago, I helped a client set up an Apple Developer account because they didn’t have an iPhone, Mac, or even an Apple ID. To assist them, I created an Apple ID for them and used my iPhone (via the Apple Developer app) to enroll their account in the Apple Developer Program. Now that the project is complete, I have removed myself from their Apple Developer account and given them full control over the app. However, when I tried to enroll my personal Apple ID in the Developer Program, I was unable to do so. After contacting Apple Support, I was informed that my phone number is still recognized as the trusted device for my client’s Apple ID, preventing me from enrolling in the Developer Program under my own account. Additional Issues: When I checked my Apple ID subscription list on account.apple.com, I noticed that the Apple Developer Program Membership is still listed under my personal Apple ID. However, when my client logs into their Apple ID subscription list, the Apple Developer subscription does NOT appear under their account. Even though the Apple Developer Program subscription is listed under my Apple ID, I cannot access the Apple Developer portal (developer.apple.com/account) to manage my account, enroll, or create apps. However, my client CAN still access the Developer portal and create/manage apps, even though the subscription is NOT in their Apple ID subscription list. Problems: My phone number is still a trusted device for my client’s Apple ID, blocking me from enrolling my own Developer account. The Developer Program subscription appears under my Apple ID instead of my client’s, even though my client is the one using the Developer account. I cannot access Apple Developer features, while my client can—even though the subscription is technically under my Apple ID. Questions: How can I unlink my phone number and device from my client’s Apple ID so I can enroll in the Apple Developer Program? Why does the Developer Program subscription appear under my Apple ID instead of my client’s, and how can I fix this? Why can’t I access the Developer portal, even though the subscription is listed under my Apple ID? Has anyone faced a similar issue, and if so, how was it resolved? I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? Hi everyone, I made a mistake when submitting my first app and accidentally set my developer name as the app name instead of my business name. Now all my apps show the wrong developer name on the App Store. Apple support said it can't be changed after the first app, but I've seen some posts mentioning people got it changed through support. Has anyone successfully changed their developer name after initial setup? Is closing the account and starting fresh the only real option? Really don't want to lose my app's reviews and ratings. Hi, I have an app where user can select an amount within range 20$ - 2500$ and purchase tokens worth that amount, so if he pays 520$ he gets 520 tokens. They can then use these tokens to unlock content within the app. As far as I've seen, in-app purchase doesn't allow custom price set by user. So does this mean we can use third-party payment services? If no, how can we achieve this using in-app purchase. Thank you.

Hello, I am currently developing a game streaming application using ReplayKit and Broadcast Upload Extension. I would like to ask for your assistance regarding capturing snapshots of a WKWebView in the upload extension without adding it to a visible view hierarchy. From my understanding, calling takeSnapshot(with:) on a WKWebView that is not added to the view hierarchy generally works for simple web pages. However, when it comes to more complex web content — such as animations or WebGL — the snapshot returns a blank or static image. I believe this is because rendering such content requires access to the GPU, which is not fully available when the web view is off-screen. That said, I’ve observed that certain apps are able to capture live animated web content inside their broadcast upload extensions, even when the main app is terminated. This suggests that the snapshot is not being generated by the main app or from a remote server — especially since the network activity confirms the content is served locally (via localhost or local IP). Given this, I believe there must be a way to achieve GPU-accelerated rendering for WKWebView directly within the upload extension context, without attaching it to the app's UI. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, APIs, or recommended techniques that could help me achieve this behavior correctly and within system limitations. Thank you in advance for your support. I received an email stating that Apple needed documentation, which they mentioned in an email titled “Request for Enrollment Documents” last week. However, I never received this email with the actual document request. I have written several times through the online platform in our account asking Apple to resend this email, but I have not received any reply for over a month. Instead, every Thursday I only receive the same automated email reminding me to upload the documents. I even called Apple Business Support, but they told me they could not help because the Apple Developer team is separate. How can I reach the correct team to resolve this issue?

It works perfectly when the app is open. We use Firebase, Flutter, and JANUS WebRTC. Hi, I need help resolving an enrollment issue. When I log into my Apple Developer account on the website, I only see the message: “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement.” After that, nothing else loads and I can’t continue. What I’ve tried: Paid the annual fee (it shows as charged). Logged in from iPhone (Developer app), Mac, Safari, and Chrome. Same error. Cleared cookies, tried private mode, and even changed my email. Contacted normal Apple Support (they couldn’t help). Tried to reach Developer Support but I can’t since I’m technically not enrolled. Other details: I can’t access App Store Connect. My Apple ID birthday is set to 15 October 2000. I’ve already accepted the Developer Agreement. Developer app shows an error whenever I try enrollment there. At this point, I’m stuck in a loop: Apple says I’ve already agreed, but my membership isn’t activated, and I can’t contact the right support channel.

Hello, Two months ago, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and provided official documents such as my ID and passport. However, I was repeatedly asked to upload them again until my account was declared no longer eligible for use in the Apple Developer Program. I don’t know why my ID was rejected.
