Hello everyone,
I’m looking for some guidance to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program membership.
About one week ago, I completed the payment for the membership. I received an email with the subject:
We’re processing your order Wxxxxxxxxxx
That email included the order details and cost, and shortly after that, I also received the CFDI invoice for the payment, so the charge appears to have been completed successfully.
However, up to now:
I have not received any membership confirmation email
The membership does not appear under Subscriptions in my Apple ID
It is not active in the Apple Developer app
On the Apple Developer website, I still see the usual message as if the membership was not purchased:
“Purchase your membership to continue your enrollment. Buy today”
I understand Apple mentions that the purchase may take up to 48 hours to process, but it has now been more than a week with no changes.
Has anyone else encountered this situation?
Is it normal to receive the invoice but not have the membership activated?
Would you recommend contacting Apple Developer Support at this point?
Thanks in advance for any help or shared experiences.

Hello, my Apple Developer Program had expired 20 days ago, but i cant renew in any way (auto-renew dont work, i dont have "renew button" on web, dont have it in iOS and macOS developer apps, so i cant renew it. Has anyone encountered this problem? How can i solve it and renew my membership?
Hello,
We're developing endpoint security software using the Endpoint Security framework, and we've encountered challenges with the behavior change in macOS 15 regarding provisioning UDIDs in cloned VMs.
The Change
Prior to macOS 15, cloning a VM preserved its UDID (format: 0000FE00-9C4ED9F68BBDC72D). Starting with macOS 15, cloned VMs receive a new UDID generated from the host's Secure Enclave (format: b043d27202c7ac37ca3c6b82673302225485cae9), making each clone effectively a new device.
Our Workflow
We maintain a clean base VM image and clone it for each test run. We add the base VM's UDID to our provisioning profile once, then create clones which (previously) retained that same UDID, allowing us to start new testing cycles without re-registering devices.
This is essential because our product involves low-level system integration through the Endpoint Security framework, and if something goes wrong during development, it has the potential to affect system stability. To prevent any cascading issues between test runs or different product versions, we need each test to start from a known clean state rather than reusing the same VM.
The Challenge
With each VM clone generating a new UDID, we're hitting Apple's device registration limits quickly. This particularly impacts:
New team members who spin up VMs for the first time and can't run signed builds
Our CI/CD pipeline where multiple test environments need provisioning profiles
Developers testing different branches who need separate clean environments
Current Workaround
We've found that VMs created on macOS 14 and upgraded to macOS 15+ retain their original UDID format. However, we're concerned this workaround may stop working in future macOS versions, which would leave us without a viable path forward.
If the workaround stops working, our fallback would be signing each CI build with a Developer ID signature to allow running on any device. However, we'd prefer to avoid this as it would significantly increase load on Apple's signing infrastructure for what are essentially internal test builds.
We completely understand the security reasoning behind tying UDIDs to the host's Secure Enclave for Apple Account support. However, for development workflows that don't require Apple Account features in VMs but do require clean, isolated test environments, the previous behavior was quite valuable.
Question
Is there a recommended approach for teams in our situation? We're happy to explore alternative workflows if there's a pattern we're missing, or we'd be glad to provide more context if this is a use case Apple is considering for future updates.
Thanks for any guidance you can provide!

A user reported that after making 3 purchases on July 8th, they have been unable to initiate new purchases, always receiving a prompt that the item has already been purchased. Upon investigation, we found that the previous transactions couldn't be finalized. We use StoreKit2 and have successfully called await transaction.finish() to end the transactions. However, every time a new payment is initiated, Transaction.unfinished still returns information about the previously completed transactions.
Could this be an issue with the device or Apple ID? The user has tried restarting the device and re-logging into their Apple ID, but these attempts were unsuccessful. Is there any way to resolve this?
The Apple transaction IDs that the user is unable to finalize are: 200002703899379, 200002703900716, 200002703902023.
Hello everyone,
My app (ID: 6758039899) was submitted on Feb 17, 2026, and has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" status for over 8 days.
I contacted Developer Support (case #20000108234172) and received confirmation that it's proceeding normally, but no update since. On average, Apple reviews 90 percent of apps within 24 hours. However, there might be cases that need more review time, but mine exceeds a week.
Any recent experiences with long queues?
Thanks!

Hi everyone,
I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, February 15th, 2026. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”.
It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information.
I already contacted Apple Support by email/phone without any response, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated.
My Enrollment ID

Thank you,
Rakan

I applied for the Apple Developer Program on January 31, 2026, and as of today (February 5, 2026), my enrollment is still showing as Pending.
The payment was completed successfully at the time of application. Since then:
I have not received any requests for additional documents or verification.
I have contacted Apple Developer Support twice, but have not received any response so far.
I understand processing times can vary, but the lack of response from support is concerning.
Has anyone else experienced similar delays recently?
Is there any recommended escalation path or alternative way to reach the Developer Support team?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, as this delay is impacting my app release timeline.
Thank you.
I enrolled in Apple Developer Program and paid on February 5th.
Payment was successfully processed, but my enrollment was never completed. The developer portal still prompts me to pay again.
I have sent multiple emails with no response.
This has been delaying my app launch for 2+ weeks. How do I get this resolved?

Hi,
Problem
When playing videos on the Developer app on the Mac, there is no full screen button for the video.
So it is not possible to play the video in full screen.
Note
I am not referring to the app going into full screen, the issue is with there is no option to play the video in full screen.
Environment
OS: macOS 26.2 (25C56)
Developer app: Version 10.8.3 (1083.3.1)

Question
Are others also facing this issue?
Is there a workaround?
Suggestion
This seems to be recurring problem that seems get broken with app / OS releases.
Please write some UI tests to ensure the full screen button is present.
Would really appreciate if this gets fixed.

Environment
iOS 26 (23A343)
Xcode 26
Reproduces on device and Simulator
Description
When presenting a SwiftUI WebView (native iOS 26 component) or a WKWebView/UIWebView via UIViewRepresentable, focusing a text field inside the web view and then dismissing it breaks the keyboard layout behavior.
After returning to the main app, tapping any TextField causes the keyboard to cover bottom controls (e.g. buttons). Expected safe area insets are not applied.
The issue is only resolved after closing and reopening the keyboard once.
Steps to Reproduce
Open a SwiftUI screen with WebView (via .sheet or NavigationLink).
Inside the web view, tap a text field to show the keyboard.
Dismiss the web view.
Tap a TextField in the main app.
Expected Result
Layout should adjust correctly.
Bottom controls stay visible above the keyboard.
Actual Result
Keyboard covers bottom controls.
Insets are ignored until the keyboard is dismissed and reopened.
Notes
Reproduces with:
Native SwiftUI WebView (iOS 26)
WKWebView and UIWebView via UIViewRepresentable
Presentation style (.sheet or navigation push) does not matter.

Hi all, I’m an Admin user in an Apple Developer Program (Organization) team, but I’m unable to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles (CIP) on developer.apple.com. I’d like to understand what permission is missing and where it should be enabled.
Context
Program type: Apple Developer Program (Organization)
My role in App Store Connect: Admin
I can access App Store Connect normally, but CIP resources on developer.apple.com are blocked.
The Account Holder can access CIP normally.
What I see (Problem)
In the Apple Developer portal → Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get: “Access Unavailable — You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder or an Admin.”
In Xcode → Settings → Accounts → Team, the “Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles” section shows a red error indicator and doesn’t load.
Only my account is affected; the Account Holder is not.
What we’ve tried / confirmed
Membership is active (renewal date is valid)
Signed out/in of Xcode and re-added my Apple ID
Confirmed selecting the correct Organization team in Xcode / Developer portal
Account Holder confirmed they can access CIP
Questions
For an Organization team, what exact permission(s) are required for a member to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles?
Where is this access controlled — App Store Connect → Users and Access vs developer.apple.com → People?
If Admin in App Store Connect is not sufficient, what additional role/setting is needed to grant CIP access?

I've discovered an issue with using iOS 16's Transferable drag-and-drop APIs for SwiftUI. The dropDestination modifier does not work when applied to a subview of a List.
This code below will not work, unless you replace the List with a VStack or any other container (which, of course, removes all list-specific rendering).
The draggable modifier will still work and the item will drag, but the dropDestination view won't react to it and neither closure will be called.
struct MyView: View {
var body: some View {
List {
Section {
Text("drag this title")
.font(.largeTitle)
.draggable("a title")
}
Section {
Color.pink
.frame(width: 400, height: 400)
.dropDestination(for: String.self) { receivedTitles, location in
true
} isTargeted: {
print($0)
}
}
}
}
}
Has anyone encountered this bug and perhaps found a workaround?
Hello,
I'm experiencing a persistent issue where all my notarization submissions remain stuck in "In Progress" indefinitely. This has been happening for the past several days, affecting multiple submissions.
Environment:
macOS 26.2 (Build 25C56)
Using xcrun notarytool submit for submissions
Team ID: M3FN25UQK2
Timeline of the issue:
Starting from January 2nd, 2026, my submissions began getting stuck in "In Progress"
As of January 6th, I have 6+ submissions that have been "In Progress" for 24-72+ hours
Prior to this, notarization was working normally (I have multiple "Accepted" submissions from January 1st)
What I've tried:
Verified my Developer ID Application certificate is valid and properly installed
Checked Apple Developer System Status page (shows "Operational")
Verified code signatures using codesign -vvv --deep --strict
Contacted Apple Developer Support (no response yet)
Checked my Apple Developer account for any pending agreements or warnings (none found)
Is there any known issue affecting notarization processing, or could my Team ID be rate-limited/flagged? Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
We are seeing repeated occurrences of the following log line in test runs triggered via .xctestrun files on iOS 26:
IDERunDestination: Supported platforms for the buildables in the current scheme is empty.
This line is printed n number of times after a test fails, significantly increasing test execution duration (2–3 minutes extra in some cases).
The issue does not occur when tests are built and run together from Xcode directly — it’s specific to .xctestrun-based executions using xcodebuild test-without-building.
Steps to Reproduce:
Use Xcode 26 to build a sample XCTest target (we used a simple UI test project).
Locate the generated .xctestrun file under DerivedData/.../Build/Products/....
Run tests using:
xcodebuild -xctestrun /path/to/sample.xctestrun \
-destination "id=<device_id>" \
test-without-building
Observe the logs during test failure.
Observed Behavior:
The log line
IDERunDestination: Supported platforms for the buildables in the current scheme is empty
appears multiple times.
The test cleanup and teardown phase takes significantly longer (2–3 minutes).
Expected Behavior:
The log should appear once or not at all.
Test cleanup time should remain consistent.
Additional Information:
Affects only iOS 26 devices and .xctestrun-based runs.
Not reproducible on iOS < 26.
Xcode 26 and 26.x beta versions tried.
Reproducible both locally and on CI systems using real devices.
Same .xctestrun file, when used on older OS versions, does not cause delay.
