App Review Pending for Over 2 Months – Blocking Our Business Launch
Hello Apple Developer Community, I’m seeking advice regarding a prolonged App Store review that is currently impacting our business. Our app was submitted more than two months ago, and the review process has not progressed since then. During this time, we sent two support emails to Apple Developer Support requesting assistance. We did receive one response stating that the app was “in review”, but unfortunately the message did not provide any useful details, timeline, or further guidance, and there has been no additional update since then. This delay is now blocking our business launch, as the mobile application is a critical component of our product release. Without App Store approval, we cannot proceed with launching our service to customers. Summary of the situation: Submission date: More than 2 months ago Current status: Pending Support requests sent: 2 emails to Apple Developer Support Responses received: 1 reply saying the app was “in review,” but no meaningful information Impact: Blocking our planned business launch We understand that review times can vary, but waiting this long without meaningful feedback or communication has become very challenging for our team. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows: How to escalate a long-pending review Alternative ways to contact the App Review team Whether there are currently unusual delays in the review process Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support.

Your first subscription must be submitted with a new app version
I have been submitting the app multiple times and I keep getting rejected for: Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness Specifically, the in-app purchase is not available and the app is unresponsive when we tap the Upgrade button. I feel like I am stuck in a circle since it is showing me the pricing is unavailalbe on my subscription page. I have checked and it is wired correctly and works in the google play store. The issue is that my subriptions are not approved yet. But I can't get my subscriptions approved without the app being approved for the first time. So the Upgrade button cannot work, since the subscriptions are not approved, and they can't be approved without the app being approved. I can't test it in the sandbox, since the application is not approved. Anyone know what to do with this issue?

I can't get my two apps reviewed.
One app submitted Feb 14th, one app submitted Feb 25th. Both apps are showing "Waiting for review". Neither has been rejected, not have any action taken place. I have one previous app published (Submitted June 30th, approved 1 July), but this is the first try for both of these apps. I put in a support ticket asking status of the first app but no response. Ca n anyone here confirm that I've done the submission right and am just waiting on Apple based on the screen shot attached? For anyone from apple that wants to look into it, the app is: SKU: EX1749925971937 Apple ID: 6747297536

Escalation to Apple Developer Leadership
Alright, so I'm gonna send an email out to Eddy, Matt and Susan. If anyone wants to be copied, paste your email address here. This is just beyond belief. It is unfortunate we have to let Apple leadership know this service is broken and most probably call out people (sadly). This sort of delay is severely severed my relationship with customers and users. I plan to send the email out over the week-end

endless waiting for review
Hey everyone, I need to vent and also ask for some advice because I’m starting to lose my mind here. I submitted a new build for my app 10 days ago, and it has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" ever since. Not "In Review," just waiting in the queue. The App ID is 6759559007 I get that Apple has millions of apps to sift through, but come on. The App Store is a core part of the iPhone experience, and having a review team that moves this slowly feels like a bottleneck that shouldn't exist in 2026. It’s especially frustrating because: There are no rejection messages, so I know it’s not a guideline issue. I have a planned marketing push that is now completely out of sync. There is zero transparency. The status just sits there mocking me. Any advice on how to actually get a human to look at this? Should I reject the binary and resubmit to "bump" it, or is that just sending me to the back of the line? Feeling pretty hopeless here. Any insights would be hugely appreciated. Thanks

App Review Delay: ‘Waiting for Review’ for 3+ Weeks with No Feedback! Blocking Business Launch
Really, for how long will apps continue to get stuck in the 'review queue'? This is demoralizing and bad for organizations and developers behind these projects. Our app has been stuck in the 'waiting for review' zone for over 3 weeks+ now, and despite several emails, nothing has been done. No feedback whatsoever. Are we going to get a reply? Is this just an Apple thing, like work culture?

In-App Subscription Works in Xcode Sandbox but Not Appearing for App Review Testers
Hello, I’m having an issue with my first subscription for my app WealthSlices, where the subscription appears correctly when testing locally from Xcode, but App Store reviewers appear unable to retrieve the product. Symptoms When I run the app from Xcode on my iPhone using the Sandbox environment: The subscription loads successfully. The purchase sheet appears. I can complete a sandbox purchase. However, when App Review tests the app, the paywall fails to load products and the app shows the following message: "No Products found. Purchases are temporarily unavailable on this device." Environment App: WealthSlices Platform: iOS Testing locally via Xcode → Sandbox Apple ID Subscription type: Auto-renewable subscription Product: WealthSlices Basic ($9.99/month) StoreKit: StoreKit 2 Current build: 1.0.7 (Build 32) What works locally When running via Xcode: StoreKit successfully fetches products. The subscription sheet appears with the correct pricing. Sandbox purchase flow completes normally. What appears to happen during App Review It appears that Product.products(for:) returns an empty list when the reviewers test the app. Things I have already verified The subscription is created in App Store Connect. It is attached to the current app version under In-App Purchases and Subscriptions. The subscription has pricing and localization configured. The subscription is in Ready to Submit status. The bundle ID and product ID match the code. Paid Apps Agreement is active. I uploaded a new build after creating the subscription. Question Is there something specific required for first-time subscription submissions that might cause the product not to appear during App Review but still work in local sandbox testing? Is there a known delay or propagation requirement for subscriptions before they can be fetched by Product.products(for:) in TestFlight/App Review environments? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. also there doesn't seem to be an option to select the subscription over at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps/6754225986/distribution/ios/version/inflight but there is no option to add it Thank you!

Significantly Delayed App Review
Hi all, Like others my app submission has been stuck in “waiting for review” for weeks. I know initial app reviews take longer than updates, but this has been delayed far too long and makes me concerned about repeating the process in the future. I submitted this app for review back on Feb 10. It was initially rejected for a minor issue, which I resolved and resubmitted the same day. After that, the build remained in “Waiting for Review” for about two weeks with no further communication. At that point I canceled the submission and resubmitted the build, thinking it may have been stuck in the queue (I now know not to do this next time). Unfortunately the new submission has also been waiting for review for another 9 days now with no messages or updates. I’ve contacted app review support as well (case ID- 102826632729). I understand review times can vary, but delays like this make it difficult for developers to plan launches or push updates when the review process is the only path to distributing apps. As paying members of the Apple Developer Program, we rely heavily on this pipeline functioning reliably. Hoping this post will reach someone from Apple who can help move the process along. If any other devs have suggestions/tips that have worked for them, please share so others in this position can become unblocked. Thanks in advance.

App in review for 23 days
I managed to publish the first version of my app at the beginning of February. I was lucky, I guess. On 11th of February, I added a new version which contains in app purchases. The app went "in review" a few hours later and since then ... nothing. After a week or so I sent a first email support. They claim responding in 2 working days: no response. Then I sent another one. 2 days later another one. Tried expedite review several times: nothing. Last week I finally got an answer to my first email: they apologize, blah blah. But still nothing. This is very very annoying. I longtime hesitated to purchase the Apple developer program and finally did it. Now I regret doing so. They seem they don't care about. We buy expensive Apple gear. We develop applications we cannot even install on our devices without Apple developer subscription! And they treat us like this. What is going on, Apple? Are you still there?

13 days in "Waiting for Review" – is this normal now?
Submitted my app update 13 days ago. Status hasn't changed from "Waiting for Review" even once. Not a single message from Apple. I know reviews can take time, but 13 days stuck in waiting queue feels extreme for a minor bug fix update. Usually takes 1-2 days for me. Anyone else seeing these wait times lately? Should I do something or just keep waiting? Getting worried something is wrong with my submission.

Longer than usual wait time?
Hello, We submitted a v1 of our app in December, it took a day to review. The v1 was just a test version to make sure Apple were happy with it. We submitted v1.1 last Friday (20th) and are still sat in "Waiting for Review" - I can see a fair few other people are waiting, but does anyone know the reason why? Our launch is tied to national and trade press, which we're now going to have to push back at cost to the business. Any advice from anyone? App ID is 6753305041 Thanks

App review stuck, since 12th Feb
Hi, I know many of us are stuck right now it seems - I'm in the 12th Feb club (had another app that was since 5th, I've since pulled that and resubmitted Monday this week, to see if things might have unstuck themselves, but no luck) I can't even get a build approved for TestFlight on anything. This is getting silly now, total lack of communication - emails go unanswered. I will give the lovely team in Ireland their dues though, as always helpful on the phone, but they also seem to have no information and their expedited review requests go no where. App ID is 6758779640

stuck in “Waiting for Review” since February 22
Hello Apple Developer Support, My app has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” since February 22, and I have submitted multiple inquiries without receiving any response. This delay has now become extremely concerning. Missing a planned launch due to an indefinite review timeline is very difficult for independent developers. If there is an issue with the submission, I would appreciate clear communication. If there are review delays, transparency would help us plan accordingly. I respect the review process, but the lack of updates after this amount of time is frustrating. I would sincerely appreciate clarification on the status. I just want to present my application to everyone more quickly. Apple ID: 6759447148 Thank you.

Persistent 1-year delay and stagnation in "Waiting for Review" after Expedited Approval - Beezzy - Agenda Digital
Hello, My app, Beezzy - Agenda Digital, had an Expedited Review request approved recently (confirmation received via email). However, the status remains stuck in 'Waiting for Review' for an unusual amount of time, even for an expedited process. This update is critical for our operations and addresses urgent fixes. Has anyone else experienced a delay between the expedited approval and the actual 'In Review' transition lately? Is there any additional step required from the developer side to trigger the priority queue? App ID: 6751509489 Thank you for any guidance.

App Keeps Getting Declined From Guideline 5.6
I have been in the process of submitting an app and continue to get hit with guideline 5.6 as an error. Alongside the error the review team has attatched this screenshot of my paywall. I would love to get some advice on what is causing this issue and how I can fix it. **Below is the screenshot: ** Decline Message Guideline 5.6 - Developer Code of Conduct Issue Description The app attempts to manipulate customers into making unwanted In-App Purchases. Next Steps Revise the app to comply with these requirements. Once the app is fully compliant, resubmit the app for review. Resources Learn more about Developer Code of Conduct requirements in guideline 5.6. Thanks in advance for the review / advice.
